I’ve taken a number of online courses, and this AI Prompting course from Ziplines Education was the most disappointing—especially for the price and university affiliation. This was a recorded online course. Two of the instructors really stood out: Danoosh Kapadia and Megan Dixon. They offered clear, helpful instruction. Other instructors had good info, but, for me, lacked engagement. There were also weekly live sessions, but my live instructor seemed unprepared and disorganized, often repeating content and ignoring participant needs. Frequent distractions on her end made it worse. The assignments were tedious and poorly aligned with learning AI. Instead of exploring and improving our AI prompting and use skills, the assignments required A LOT of cutting, pasting, and formatting answers to questions into a slide deck. It was so archaic! Only the final project offered real depth. It's a shame that it came so late in the game. Feedback was almost non-existent, which is something I would expect from any "executive-level" class with this price tag. The value simply wasn’t there. I’ve taken free or low-cost courses that were far more useful and engaging.

For almost three thousand dollars I didnt learn what I was expecting.

The information itself was good and useful. The learning management system was meh and kind of clunky. Google docs aren't great, and submitting assignments in PPT decks was frustrating. Those charged with supporting us were virtually non-existent and non-responsive, so I felt like I was on my own. The attempts to foster collaboration or at least a sense of community with other students basically failed. The weekly live sessions were earnestly led but, honestly, when working professionals spend hours every week in virtual meetings, another two hours on Zoom wasn't something that resonated with me, it felt like a drag. I DID learn a lot and it will help, but it was a frustrating learning experience.

It's great just some modules didn't show graphs and other times videos dont work so I had to read which is fine but I needed background noise to concentrate in the reading of that video

There is a lot of misinformation and versions that raise doubts and complexity about AI, the course really helps to understand and apply knowledge through experts, for the best use of the tools. Undoubtedly, it is one of the lessons that will most influence my personal vision.

They answered many of my questions before I was even enrolled in the course. They helped with some tricky payment requests I made of them, and the system they use was easy to navigate.

I feel like I'm now up to speed and ahead of the curve in terms of AI knowledge and AI prompting.

The course materials, video content , planned module sequence allowed me to completely build my brand online , by providing me with all necessary tools .

They covered all aspects of learning that a nontraditional student like myself would need: flexible time for class, multiple methods of instruction (recorded sessions, video examples, written transcripts etc.), extension on assignments, access to instructors. I couldn't of asked for more supports to be in place.

The learning experience was paramount. Many online programs are robotic in their teaching environment. Ziplines, in partnership with NJIT, made you feel more involved. Great course!!

The live sessions did well for me and I enjoyed the support and immediate feedback from the team. Access for a year is great and it prompted me to look at taking similar style courses.

Allie Foote and Jose Fernandez were great instructors and mentors. The course was immersive and felt that I got through it as a team. Thank you for the experience.

I believe the course was extremely well organzied. It set the tone and expectations from the beginning. The communciations were very vast and everyone was willing to help and givea hand out in understanding how to succeed on the course. Moreover, there was a lot of flexibility and time to complete assigments and projects taking into consideration peope have other responsabilitties, jobs , and famility to take care of. At the same time, communciations and reminders were extrremly sueful to keep me accountable in submitting deriverables.

I love that this class was tailored for those who are working full time and have other responsibilities. I was able to navigate this class at my speed while working a full schedule and caring for my elderly mother. I still found time to engage and learn. Thank you very much!

I really enjoyed the live sessions, they're filled with the most up to date information and the host was great and engaging. I will confess, some of the modules really intimidated me, but having learned from the first 2-3 modules, I had faith I would be able to go through with the analytics and marketing modules with a nervous confidance but learned something outside of my scope of experience. Now I feel I can accomplish anything knowing how to prompt AI to my advantage. I'm going to continue learning and utilize AI as a helpful tool moving forward. Thanks!

The course was challenging and kept billing on skills learned the week before.

It's been 8 months and haven't heard a word it's taking a ridiculous amount of time to handle this

Amazing course layout with the weekly Zoom sessions, self-paced course work and weekly playbook assignments. Kori was amazing at presenting the material in a fun and engaging way.

This class was quite a challenge for me, especially since the material was completely new. At times, I wondered if I should have taken a prerequisite course to better prepare. That said, I truly appreciate the opportunity—it pushed me outside my comfort zone, helped me grow, and made me a more informed person.

Fantastic all-round experience. Hands-on practical sessions. It was a 7-star experience.
