No hassles. The company did exactly what they promised. They provided several options all with fair and competitive pricing.

Zest is now my car rental company of choice. There are no hidden extras or embarrassing pick-up desk discussions in a foreign country about age or hidden terms, everything works seamlessly. I've tried all the rest over the years, but Zest delivers a good quality car rental service with no surprises. You may be surprised to learn that I recently booked a car through RyanAir, which prompted me to rent a car from Hertz subsidiary, Thrifty, who then let the contract out to Firefly, which was managed by RentalCars, which when I complained I dealt with the company that has the contract with RyanAir, which was Booking.com! As you can imagine, getting any sense from such a convoluted chain was almost impossible, everyone blamed everyone else or me! If you want the best go with Zest....This was my third booking with them and all seamless, quality cars. no complaints or criticisms whatsoever.

I have used Zest for many years in many different countries. They are an excellent company but unfortunately let there regular customers down by refusing to offer annual top up insurance as a result I now have stand alone annual excess insurance so they miss out.

Zest car rental were really helpful in finding the best car provider for us without any fuss and at a competitive price! Will definitely use their services again next time I need to hire a car abroad! Superb!

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with! Arrived at Cyprus airport and a people carrier was waiting for me, I was taken to the rental company and the car was all ready for me to drive away, the car was in tiptop condition and the paperwork was an easy process to complete. Going back home to the UK I dropped the car off at the rental company and was taken back to the airport with no hassle, id definitely use this company again in the future if I decide to return to Cyprus 5 stars..

We are now back from holiday and I wanted to say a few words of thanks for excellent Zest service. When our flight to Catania in Sicily was delayed you were able to arrange, with one phone call, to have the booking cancelled and a new one issued with the minimum of fuss. You also contacted the local office of Alamo to say that we would be arriving late and just before they closed. This service from yourselves was excellent and enabled us to start our holiday without further drama. We would certainly use your services again.

I am not sure where all these bad reviews come from for Wheego, we have a fantastic experience. Rented a car through Zest who use Wheego in Madeira who are part of Madiera rent. Car waiting at airport, a few minor scratches and little bumps but in good condition. Damges schedule all completed with one area not on the schedule but received a fresh damages schedule via email the following day after collection. 1800 Euros deposit on credit card stayed as 'pending' until 3 days after car return when pending removed and NO charges taken from deposit. An excellent experience as have been the last 3 occasions that we have used Zest. Highly recommend using Zest for your car hire, prices very competative and 1st additional driver included for free!!

This was my first booking. Straight forward and easy to make. I am always concerned with car rental due to horror stories about deposit etc. I made my choice following several recommendations in the press and I will continue using Zest in the future

First experience with Zest after reading Which magazine’s very high recommendation for the company. Extremely happy with their service all round. Will be our “go to” rental company from now on!

The total experience from beginning to end was exemplary. Airport terminal to meeting point was a 2 min walk with very clear directions. 5 Min transfer in new minibus Received the car within 10 mins despite the large number of customers being dealt with. All staff at all times very friendly and professional, no pressure to buy additional insurance etc. Lovely new small Mercedes for £33.00 for the one day I needed it! Return was just as easy, within 5 mins of arriving the car was checked and my credit card had the funds released(of course it takes a few days to see this transaction completed). This is the best car hire experience I have ever had , looking forward to using them again! :)

I have used Zest before and as per previous bookings all worked out great. Easy to select & book car with full insurance. This time in Alicante for 6 day booking using hire firm Centauro. Car had a few dents and scratches when collecting but noted and the Security deposit was refunded straight away, petrol deposit took about 5 days to refund. From my experience I recommend Zest for trouble free car hire.

On our recent trip to Orlando we rented a full size SUV from Zest who placed the rental with Alamo. We had a superb vehicle for 16 days at a very reasonable price. Our booking with Zest included all the necessary insurance with zero excess. The Alamo agent must have realised this as he did not attempt to sell me any additional insurance. I have used Zest four times now for hire cars; twice I have been very pleased, and twice I have been delighted with the vehicles and service received.

Booked a hire car for 2 weeks at Faro airport via Zest car rental. The process was so easy, Zest sourced a great hire company, Drive 4 fun, the hire car was brand new, 100 kilometres on the clock, the price was competitive and customer service stress free, I would definitely recommend Zest car hire.

ZEST CAR Rental continue to deliver a sustained high level of customer service. Their Web site is very user friendly. You can connect easily with them by phone too. Always extremely helpful. They also offer Loyalty discounts. Their overseas car hire partners seem well vetted by Zest too. I first heard of Zest via my Which membership several years ago where they are also highly rated. It's a definite yes from me to highly recommend Zest Car Rental.

From the beginning to the end everything was seamless. Booked easily online, paid small deposit followed by full payment 2 weeks before trip. We printed out our voucher and went to the Alamo desk where we were directed to our car. A $1 charge placed on our credit card in lieu of tolls we may use. We were given a choice of car and picked a VW Atlas which fitted 6 of us plus luggage. Two weeks later the drop of was just as easy. Completely satisfied. Definitely would use Zest again.

Extremely helpful and efficient staff. When Ryanair changed flight times,they phoned and arranged a different car hire company for a similar price to accommodate this. Europecar were very good and gave us a free upgrade.
