Amazingly complicated system to purchase, then get rewards points, then points dont equal dollars and you can only buy certain parts of the range. I failed to meet a buying deadline and my discount that took a year of buying was deleted. I tried to review and it seemed that they took great joy of reminding my of their "Terms and Conditions". A very expensive company with one good product.... Stay away

Bei den Young Living Ölen handelt es sich um sehr hochwertige Produkte in therapeutischer Qualität. Ich verwende die Öle als Aromatherapeutin, energetische Therapeutin und angehende Heilpraktikerin in meiner Praxis und im Familien-, Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis und kann von sehr vielen positiven Erfahrungen berichten. Da die ätherischen Öle nicht nur auf körperlicher, sondern auch auf seelischer/ geistiger/ spiritueller Ebene unterstützen, sind sie ein unabdingbares „Werkzeug“ für meine Arbeit geworden. Für das Multi-Level-Marketing bei Young Living, welches in Deutschland bei der IHK anerkannt und dort auch geschult wird, kann man sich entscheiden, muss man aber nicht. Es gibt meiner Erfahrung nach, noch 2 Firmen, die auch eine sehr gute Qualität der ätherischen Öle vorweisen; an den Seed to Seal-Qualitäts-Standard bei Young Living kommen sie aber noch lange nicht heran. Young Living ist für mich eine Herzensempfehlung!

Dreadful business practice. Wonderful (if expensive) oils but the company is so disorganized. Waiting weeks without any information on ETA or orders and the online staff have no information either. Plus it takes days for them to reply to an email. Lovely products but they really shouldn't be running a business. Try Tissarend instead.

Ich habe Young Living Öle, natürlich mit anderen Ölen verglichen, mit einer neutralen Meinung! Vorerst wurde mir von jemanden ein Account angelegt, damit ich auch Rabatte bekomme (läuft halt alles als MLM, was aber von den Vertreibern niemand wahr haben will) Dabei läuft es genau so: sie schwärmen von den Ölen (ist absolut ok, wenn die selber davon überzeugt sind und diese gerne nutzen), sagen dir, wenn du auch frei arbeiten willst etc., steig ein. Sie werben dich, bekommen Provision. Bist du erst mal "Partner", fängst du nun an andere zu werben, welche dann auch wiederum werben. Ganz einfaches Schneeballsystem. Es wird von deren Vertrieblern gesagt, wenn andere behaupten dies sei ein Schneeballsystem, dann haben diese Menschen keinerlei Ahnung. Sie nennen es Netzwerk Marketing. Netzwerk Marketing IST MLM/Schneeballsystem. Was auch keinem erzählt wird, ist das man als kleiner ganz unten, in der Regel nichts verdienen kann. Nur 2-3 % können wirklich davon leben ( bitte gesunden Menschenverstand einschalten und recherchieren, dann weiß man es, wie das System funktioniert) Die YL Nutzer/Verkäufer meinen natürlich das gute Öle teuer sein müssen, alles andere sei gepanscht, was günstiger erhältlich ist (auch hier wieder: Menschenverstand ist gefragt) Ich habe mir also Öle zum Vergleich bestellt, völlig voreingenommen. Hatte aber demnach auch hohe Erwartungen. Der Versand war hoch, dafür aber mit Versandverfolgung. Die Flaschen waren wirklich winzig klein, ich war kurz geschockt. (Kann mir keiner erzählen, das es 5ml Fläschchen sind) Ich fand den Geruch der Öle eher schlecht. Auf die hochangepriesenen Ölmischungen habe ich mich gefreut. Roch nicht so, wie ich es kenne oder gar erwartet habe. Definitiv nichts, was ich nochmal gerne hätte. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Schade um das Geld. Die Preise sind demnach nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Diffusor ist in einer wirklich billigen Qualität. Habe etwas hochwertigeres erwartet. Ziemlich klapprig & billiges Material (Habe bereits vorher in der Stadt einen Diffusor geholt & der ist soviel hochwertiger). Und dann die Verpackung: man macht einen auf Umwelt-Verbesserer, aber nutzt Plastik, mal abgesehen von den ganzen kleinen Flaschen, die auch am Ende im Müll landen. Bio-Qualität, ich bin nicht überzeugt, denn das müsste auf den Flaschen deklariert sein (Die Firma ist des Öfteren mit falscher Deklarierung aufgefallen) Worüber nicht gesprochen wird: das Öl dort auch gepanscht wird. Einige Öle wurden in unabhängigen Laboren getestet, wo dies festgestellt wurde! In Gruppen von ätherischen Ölen wird auch immer viel von Artikeln und Klagen gegen die Firma gesprochen. Ja, das Unternehmen besteht noch immer, trotz Schneeballsystem und Ausbeutung der Natur, weil sie sich ein Schlupfloch gesucht haben, an der sie ihr Unternehmen nicht beenden müssen. Wenn man ein wenig recherchiert, weiß man zum Beispiel das sie immer noch massig Sandelholz vertreiben, obwohl dies eine bedrohte Sorte ist, bei dem Holz ist sogar eine Mafia her. Eine richtige Gehirnwäschefirma wie jedes MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing). Was ich auch sehr kritisch finde: es wird erzählt, man könne die Öle innerlich und pur auf die Haut geben. Ich beobachte das bei einigen Anwender/-innen und das ist mehr als kritisch anzusehen. Denn in jedem ätherische Öle Buch steht, das man diese auf keinen Fall unverdünnt auf der Haut anwenden soll und innerlich wird auch abgeraten. (bis auf einige sehr wenige Ausnahmen) Schade um all die netten Menschen die sich davon blenden lassen und ihre Gesundheit aufs Spiel setzen, obwohl es eigentlich um Gesundheit geht. Mein Bauchgefühl hatte recht, das es dort nicht mit rechten Dingen zugeht. Bei der „schlechten“ Qualität, überteuerten Preisen und Schneeballsystem kann ich persönlich nur abraten. Sollte man Öle verwenden wollen, informiert euch über Bücher oder bucht euch günstige Einsteigerkurse bei Heilpraktikern bzw. holt euch PROFESSIONELLE Meinungen ein. Denn wenn man einem erzählt, das Öle anderer Marken eine miese Qualität haben, ist dies üble Nachrede und da merkt man die Gehirnwäsche. Ich empfinde andere Marken in allen wesentlich hochwertiger und besser riechend.

Jag är otroligt nöjd med produkterna och har fått allt som utlovats om mer därtill. Kan varmt rekommendera Young Livings produkter.

Ik ben niet blij! Al maanden probeer ik mijn geld terug te krijgen als ik iemand aan de telefoon krijg word ik afgedaan en elke keer is er van mijn kant iets aan de hand? ik wil alleen mijn geld terug en heb alle gegevens netjes ingevoerd.

The customer service lady was very nice! I wish her English was a little bit better! When I told the lady about the website issues I was having, the lady said oh that's nice. Again, If you're going to have English-speaking clients please have the customer service speak speak English. Also, The young living website is horrible!!!!! I can barely get on it. Ispent over 2 hours to resolve the issue. I am so dissatisfied with the website! The products that I bought yesterday were deleted! The website said that My credit card did not work, which is lie. Turns out it was the exact same account number and expiration date! Whoever the upper management is please get your act together otherwise I'm leaving young living.

you need a very good reason to do business with that company. in my case, it was community and relating to my co-workers, which is also how I got "hooked"- totally unethical to sell at work on a side note: all of a sudden there were diffusers in every room at the office and there was no escaping the "oily family" or room for scepticism or critic; the company operates like a cult and sells their products like stones of wisdom but truth is there are many other companies producing oils of equal standard longer than YL and sworn by nurses and medical companies whereas YL only has an internal seal, which says it all; worst user friendly website and customer support ever experienced

This company is too expensive. $12 plus shipping for a tube of Toothpaste? I get the ingredients may be better but $12? Also, $30 for a tiny laundry detergent? I didn't even really see a huge difference in the way it lifted stains from Arm & Hammer. You don't get enough for the money you spend with them because they have middle men. It's not realistic to keep up with unless you start selling it and succeed. Which I don't want to do.

Die Öle von Young Living sind sehr hoch schwingend und erhöhen die eigene Frequenz für Fülle, Liebe, Schutz. Die Savvey minerals sind tolle vegane Kosmetik, die das Hautbild verfeinern und einen einfach schöner aussehen lassen. Wer offen ist, kann mit der Firma wachsen und viel für sich und seine Familie tun. Produkte für Körper, Geist und Seele!

Jag beställde ett Basic startpaket, som enligt hemsidan ska innehålla "10 provflaskor MED olja". Flaskorna var tomma. Det står också att paketet ska innehålla "roll-on-kulOR". Det innehåller EN kula. Ca 500 kr för varor som är värda betydligt mindre, och de vägrar envist att bekosta returfrakten (vilken skulle kosta närmare 300 kr, till Nederländerna). De vägrar också att skicka de oljor som hemsidan utlovar, och de vägrar att ge mig någon som helst rabatt. De bryter mot svensk och europeisk konsumentköplagstiftning och har ingen som helst avsikt att göra något åt det, de ändrar inte ens den felaktiga informationen på hemsidan. LURENDREJERI!

Very disappointed in YL oils current customer service. Love their products and have been a member for years. Trying to place an order online entered all information including credit card hit submit and no order confirmation. Called and told by pre recorded message 3 hour wait time to hold. Waited 3 hours and no answer . Attempted chat waited 11/2 hours. No reply. Emailed and no reply. I never had any issues prior to recent company changes. I am curious if they are trying to eliminate previous members whom they agreed to give 24% discount. Any one else experiencing problems?

Every time I order from Young Living which isn't often, I have nothing but issues with them. And I mean EVERY time. This time I wasted days and hours calling, doing live chat and e-mailing over and over again to find out WHY I hadn't received my order confirmation after the person I ordered from said it was sent. They don't even have a ding on their live chat so you have no idea when the person comes online because it takes them 30-45 minutes each time. So they literally EXPECT you to sit and stare at that tab doing nothing else but wait for them to show up because you have nothing to do with your life, THEY are more important than you are (the customer.) And even if I tell them what I need and tell them NOT to leave before they give me the answer and I will get it when I return, they STILL leave without giving me the answer. Finally on the phone I got that information, then I never got the e-mail with the tracking number. Again, calling for 2 weeks straight, live chatting 4 times every day trying to get an answer and e-mailing. Finally I get someone on the phone who has to reach out to the shipping department. That takes THEM 8 days to respond to me after she e-mailed them. Then I'm told that it will take another 48-72 HOURS to ship my order. It's now been almost 2 1/2 weeks and I don't even know if THAT is going to happen. And they blame it on their new site. It's all a lie. What does the shipping department have to do with their new site? And why does it take an hour to get someone on the phone each time? And why can't they hire MORE staff if they are so busy? I'm sure there's many people who would want the job. And why every single time I order there's always an issue and the staff doesn't know what they are doing? I asked for a refund of some of the price of what I paid after I spent so many weeks and hours chasing this terrible company. He almost canceled my order. OMG I got $10 because this is very greedy company. I didn't bother speaking to a manager because I didn't want to waste more of my time, stress myself out even more only to be told they wouldn't give it to me. Let's see if my order EVER GETS SHIPPED.

Delivery delay has been ongoing since the start of pandemic last year April 2020 and still unresolved towards this day post Brexit to the U.K. and you’d have thought by now that this delivery logistic issue would have been resolved?

Seit über 30 Jahren beschäftige ich mich mit ätherischen Ölen. Vor gut 5 Jahren durfte ich die Öle von Young Living kennen und lieben lernen. In ihrer Qualität, ihrer Reinheit und Wirkung sind diese Öle mit Abstand die Besten. Ich verwende sie therapeutisch und in meinem Coaching. Im Coaching unterstützen sie meine Coachees und helfen deren seelischen Blockaden aufzulösen. Als Meditationshilfen bewirken die Öle eine Tiefenwirkung und grosse seelische Stärkung. Kein anderes Öl hat so eine unmittelbare Wirkung, dies dank der absoluten natürlicjen Reinheit, der sehr hohen Eigentesonanz. Durch das persönliche Kennenlernen von Mary Young ist die Vwrbundenheit zu den Ölen nochmals tiefer. Young Living vertritt eine sehr hohe ethnische Philosophie.

I love the oils and several of the products - like the lotions and hand soaps. Thieves is pretty much the only cleaner we use in this house. So far, I can't get behind all of the makeup. I've tried the mineral powder foundation and the liquid makeup and I haven't fallen in love with either. None of the mascara options have worked for me, they all smear and leave black tints under my eyes. I do use the bronzers and the blushes daily and the eyeshadows whenever I decide to do that much makeup. I ordered every month for over a year and a half, and in that time, I've had 1 bad run in with customer service who refused to refund a bad bottle of the copaiba shampoo. However, I've also had great experiences - like when a bottle of liquid foundation arrived in a damaged bottled and was immediately replaced. Since it's a MML, I had to sign up under someone else, and much to my surprise, I have never been pressured to try anything or spend any more. I've been able to ask questions and learn about natural, non-toxic options for my household with NO PRESSURE. One thing I will say, is that if you are new to non-toxic/chemical free products, get more than one person's opinion on an item before you buy because the transition to learning to love products that look and feel different from traditional products takes time. They are currently having some out of stock issues, but to be fair, what company and industry isn't with the fall out of production/supply chain from covid? I can't really fault them for that at this time, but I hope that it gets worked out soon. The last thing that I will say is that I miss the free bottle(s) of oil when you spend $100. They opted out of doing that recently and I would rather pay $6 for shipping and get a free oil then get free shipping for my $100 spent. Besides, getting free oils made me try those oils and then add them into my orders later. Now I don't get any free oils and I don't plan on ordering any new ones to try, I will just stick to the ones I already know.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Ölen von Young Living und auch mit dem Kundenservice! Da sich hier darüber aufgeregt wurde, dass es ein "billiger" Kunstoff-Diffuser ist, möchte ich einmal darauf hinweisen, dass man sich auch den sehr, sehr hochwertigen Aria Diffuser kaufen darf, aus Holz mit Glaskuppel, allerdings ist der natürlich dann auch preislich höher 🙌🏻 Ich habe mit den Ölen super tolle Erfahrungen gemacht und hoffe das viele Menschen diese Kraft der Natur für sich nutzen🙏☀️ Zum Kundenservice kann ich nur sagen super lieb, sehr bemüht und hat bis jetzt immer alles super geklappt 🌱💚

Völlig überteuerte Preise, sehr schlechter Kundenservice und abartige portogebühren. Für ein totaler Reinfall und ich kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen. Die Raumdefuser sind mehr als billig in der Optik! Ich war völlig entsetzt! Bloß nichts kaufen, außer man steht auf teuer und billiges Material.

I bought some of their deodorant and liked it so I got talked into signing up for the year membership knowing I'd be needing more deodorant and if you are a member you get a discount. Every time I have gone back on that website (which is about every week for months and months) they have only had this deodorant in stock ONCE. A lot of the other ones are out of stock always also. What a scam. Won't be signing up for their "membership" again.
