Zombies refuse to let me speak to a manager

They refuse to let me speak to a manager. I'm in Mexico and don't speak Spanish, and people should know that in LATAM they don't believe in customer service, they believe in (well figure it out). Not to mention they aren't ever bright. Anyway, after trying to purchase from Soda Stream Mexico and my emails being ignored, I started to reach out to the US. Every time I spoke to them (you do know they were bought out by evil Pepsi right?) they REFUSED to let me speak to a manager and just kept (like the brainless robots they are) repeating the same thing over and over again. I called Pepsi head office, they were rude and didn't care either. Finally I got a manager at customer service after trying to get the head office to help me. She got someone to move their (fill in the blank) at the Mexico division. The guy was nice and understood some English. I finally get my order, but then I can't figure out how to use it. It's not the same unit I had overseas which was much better. Instead of the guy telling me how to work it, he wanted me to return it right after I got it. ??? Why would you want to refund money when the customer obviously WANTS the item??? Why can't you help the customer? That's YOUR JOB!!! I emailed him & he ignored me. sigh I finally figured out how to work it, but then it didn't taste like there was gas in it. Then the device started making HUGE LOUD noises. Clearly something to do with the gas as I push it down after 20 pushes because the bottle is much larger then it was overseas. I reached back out to the US to speak to that manager and she's no longer responding. Instead I got brain dead zombies who ONCE AGAIN, refused to let me speak to a manager. Pepsi soda is toxic, and so is their customer service. They have ZERO videos on how to use the machines. Overseas they called me and walked me through everything and I was up and running within 10 minutes. Oh, and when I first got the machine, I couldn't find the replacement container. It was hidden in the back of the machine as IF I'm supposed to know that. SMH

I'm a client looking to hire and they blocked me from signing up

I'm a client looking to hire freelancers for my non profit at ourfreesociety (you know the rest). It's almost impossible for a normal company who is awake to what is going on in the world, is a Truther, and doesn't believe in slavery, to hire freelancers. I am being blocked by all of the evil owned freelance sites & there are almost none or they charge a huge amount to advertise, or they control you by saying you can only talk to freelancers on their site even if I agree to pay on their site. I WILL NOT BE CONTROLLED BY ANYONE. This is all part of what is called the digital prison. Or they support scam freelancers. freelancer.com did that. The girl did no work and had the timer running, and they sided with her and banned me. I hate that site. Anyway, I found this site last night and tried to sign up. First it wouldn't work on my browser Supermium which is chromion backed. Then it wouldn't work on Chrome. I almost couldn't find their email, but I did, and wrote them. They said try another browser with no explanation as to WHY their site doesn't work on regular browsers. I had to DL Fx just to get it to work. Then they blocked me because I put down that I was in the US even though I'm in Mexico right now. I'm not a Mexican, nor should I be FORCED to put down that I'm in Mexico when most freelancers look for American jobs. I told them why I wanted to keep it at the US and they ignored my last email. They are part of the digital prison that is forcing everyone to do ONLY what they DEMAND. This is ALL part of WWIII and this part of their plan is to stop all freelancers and clients from finding one another and having a good working relationship. There are TONS of companies and freelancers that are digital nomads. We should NOT be forced to put down every country we happen to be in when traveling. If I wasn't American & didn't have a US address or bank account, sure, but that's not the case. Now I see that many freelancers aren't even getting paid from them, so thank gawd I never hired anyone from there.

Young Living is a Terrible company…

Every time I order from Young Living which isn't often, I have nothing but issues with them. And I mean EVERY time. This time I wasted days and hours calling, doing live chat and e-mailing over and over again to find out WHY I hadn't received my order confirmation after the person I ordered from said it was sent. They don't even have a ding on their live chat so you have no idea when the person comes online because it takes them 30-45 minutes each time. So they literally EXPECT you to sit and stare at that tab doing nothing else but wait for them to show up because you have nothing to do with your life, THEY are more important than you are (the customer.) And even if I tell them what I need and tell them NOT to leave before they give me the answer and I will get it when I return, they STILL leave without giving me the answer. Finally on the phone I got that information, then I never got the e-mail with the tracking number. Again, calling for 2 weeks straight, live chatting 4 times every day trying to get an answer and e-mailing. Finally I get someone on the phone who has to reach out to the shipping department. That takes THEM 8 days to respond to me after she e-mailed them. Then I'm told that it will take another 48-72 HOURS to ship my order. It's now been almost 2 1/2 weeks and I don't even know if THAT is going to happen. And they blame it on their new site. It's all a lie. What does the shipping department have to do with their new site? And why does it take an hour to get someone on the phone each time? And why can't they hire MORE staff if they are so busy? I'm sure there's many people who would want the job. And why every single time I order there's always an issue and the staff doesn't know what they are doing? I asked for a refund of some of the price of what I paid after I spent so many weeks and hours chasing this terrible company. He almost canceled my order. OMG I got $10 because this is very greedy company. I didn't bother speaking to a manager because I didn't want to waste more of my time, stress myself out even more only to be told they wouldn't give it to me. Let's see if my order EVER GETS SHIPPED.
