Great choice for Wyoming LLC setup, registered agent, and all associated WY needs.
I have only been working with Wyoming LLC Attorney since January 2023, but all requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. One specific request about my EIN number, and the associated IRS issues, was answered thoroughly by a staff attorney. On other requests, they have gone above and beyond whereas other firms would have taken the opportunity to nickel and dime me with fees. I have not needed a great deal of help, but I have been super pleased with the way they have addressed all of my issues to date. Highly recommended. For what it is worth,.. Although I have recently used Wyoming LLC Attorney for an LLC, in the past I have setup multiple Delaware C Corps and LLCs with InCorp. Including a software startup that raised $18mm from accredited investors. Although InCorp has been very good,. my experience here has felt bit more personal. I sincerely hope this helps all of those who may be considering this firm.
