Wonderful and easy experience overall
I will have to say that speaking with Jeorge in sales, was completely the opposite of how calls from a sales department tend to unfold, he was very helpful as well as informative on my needs being that it is my first time getting the company registered within compliance. Wyoming Attorney LLC stole my money
I've been a Wyoming Attorney LLC member for over 2 years now, and they've never screwed me over, until now! In April, 2025, I formed my new company in Illinois. A couple weeks after that, I received an email from Wyoming Attorney LLC stating that Illinois has implemented a new policy that states that IL residents need a physical street address, and because of this, they can't complete the registration process. So, they agreed to refund me the money I spent to form the company. At least, that's what I thought. It's now a week later and they haven't refunded me the money. I even confirmed that I wanted a refund in an email. Now I have to pay off the purchase I made to form this company, a company which Wyoming Attorney can't even successfully register on the Illinoi's Secretary of State website due to IL laws. Wyoming Attorney is complete B.S., and they'll steel your money if you let them. Even though they may promise to issue you a refund.

Annual report
My annual report was due in early April. Before the deadline, I completed the annual report form on my account and submitted it to you. Iβve reached out several times to confirm whether it was successfully filed, but I havenβt received any response. When I checked the Wyoming system, the "Standing - Tax" status shows as Delinquent, which clearly indicates that the annual report has not been submitted for my company Amarebox LLC. Weβve been paying for your monthly service, yet even something as basic as filing the annual report hasnβt been completed. Please contact us immediately to resolve this matter.

Scammy and scummy, poor customer service. Use at your own risk.
Opened an LLC with this company in May 2024 and paid for 1 year of service. As it sometimes happens, the business never really got off the ground so we decided to close the LLC by letting the registration lapse and we canceled our services with this company in early April 2025. The problem is this company invoiced us in early April 2025, well before the one year mark for their services for next year (May 2025-May 2026). Since we are essentially closing the company, we have no use for their services any longer. The problem is they are refusing to refund the money because they "don't issue refunds". Buyer beware, this is a very aggressive, anti-customer stance and the customer service has been very poor. We will pursue every avenue to recoup the unearned fees, and urge others to be very careful doing business with this company. They are quick to take your money and very light on providing any customer service or working with you. Would not recommend to anyone, stay away.

I had a mixed experience using Wyoming LLC Attorney to open an LLC. The process was quick, and the interface is very intuitive, which makes it easier, especially for those new to this area. However, there are several points I think are important to highlight, especially if you are a foreigner. The platform mentions that obtaining an EIN can take between 4 to 6 weeks, and in my case, it indeed took six weeks. This is something you should keep in mind before starting the process. One aspect that disappointed me was the issue with the bank account. Although the plan states that a bank account is included, I found out that, as a foreigner, I am unable to open a bank account through their service. I believe this should be clearly specified, as they market themselves as experts in assisting international clients. The information regarding the bank account should be more transparent, indicating that it is only available to individuals with an SSN. Additionally, the plan states that you have access to a lawyer, but I found that to schedule an appointment, you have to pay for the consultation. What they actually provide is just the contact information of a lawyer for various issues you may encounter, which is misleading. Customer service was also lacking. I felt frustrated receiving unclear responses, and on several occasions, I noticed a condescending tone in the communication. This is definitely an area they need to improve. In summary, the platform has good tools and a user-friendly structure, but there are crucial aspects that need to be addressed to provide a better experience for international clients.

I payed for their services to form a LLC since Deceber 20 2024 and its now April 1st 2025 still no E.I.N Wyoming LLC Attorney update: I have spoken to a customer service representative. about obtaining a E.I.N for my LLC we have decided to mail the ss4 instead of faxing it. They have also offered to refund my payment for the DBA since I have not used it. there have been improvements in our communication
