Unresolved Billing Errors Over the past eight weeks, my entity formation portal, which houses approximately 41 entities, has been plagued by persistent and egregious billing errors. Individuals associated with my account have been incorrectly billed, with one case involving nearly $9,000 in unauthorized charges for accounts that were not their renewals. These errors have caused severe inconvenience to both myself and the individuals erroneously charged. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, including multiple calls and emails over the past four months, no meaningful progress has been made. Representatives and supervisors have assured me repeatedly that these issues would be escalated and resolved, yet nothing has changed. The lack of follow-up or communication regarding the status of these concerns is absolutely unacceptable. Failure to Escalate or Provide Resolution The company’s refusal to escalate these concerns to upper-level management underscores their complete disregard for their customers. I have explicitly requested that a senior manager contact me, yet no such outreach has occurred. This lack of action demonstrates a profound failure in customer service and operational oversight. Disruption to Business Operations These billing issues have not only caused financial strain but also disrupted my business operations and undermined the reliability of the company’s services. The time and effort spent trying to rectify these issues have been exhausting and fruitless. Great company, service and team!
I’ve created two LLC entities with Wyoming LLC attorney. I used their website to create them as a self service. The site is very user friendly and complete. It is all inclusive with everything you could possible need to create your business. They offer various packages with different levels of service. The prices are very reasonable and the service is above and beyond my expectations. I recently had a correction to be made on my company’s setup. They were proactive and reached out to make sure the issue didn’t become problem. I called back and they were more than happy to ensure that my mistake didn’t come back to be a huge problem later. I want to express my gratitude and most sincere recognition to Yolanda H. and Viviana F. It was truly a pleasure working with them both.
