Very recently I set up two LLCs in Wyoming through Wyoming LLC Attorney. Before taking that step I called them a couple of times with questions. Victor answered all my questions completely and left no doubt in my mind. Then after I set up my companies I had questions and contacted customer support. The level of professionalism and responsiveness is amazing! Couldn't be happier.

Do not use this company!!! I tried to cancel my subscription with them, and they charged me anyway and would not refund my money. Use someone else! Very unprofessional!!

They offer a free instant bank account. "LIE" They offer Business Address that can be used for bank accounts. "LIE" Customer service just bullshits doesn't answer your questions. I don't really care about what they charge and all that it's just the fact that they're just full of s*** They also operate under "LLC Attorney". Don't be fooled. There are legit companies that actually offer a real business address and not a registered agent address like them. I'm in the process of changing registered agents and my business address to a legit company and they threatened saying they would dissolve my LLC.

Just formed a company as a non resident almost a week ago, so far everything is going super smooth, the team is AMAZING! The dashboard is AMAZING! It's such a relieve to finally feel like i found the team to trust with company formation and properly running it. This is kind of an underrated value because it's is an aspect that is common and critical in every kind of business. Good team means you save time, and you can actually focus on growing your business rather than scratching your head between text that you dont even understand. GREAT VALUE HERE! Thanks <3 And of course i will update the review if anything changes but i really dont expect any negative experience, everything i have seen so far is solid!

Wyoming LLC Attorney Hidden Extra Costs
Wyoming LLC Attorney website structure is great and the automated formation documents were pretty good. However, switching to be taxed as a s-corp costs $150 and they require you to fill out a questionnaire that is most of Form 2553. That form is free to submit to the IRS and they make you do most of the work. Plus, they have a $75 fee to ship any piece of mail so do not accidentally mail anything to your business address. This 2 star rating is trending to a disappointing 1 star.

I signed up with Wyoming LLC yesterday, and the experience was excellent, very quick, simple and streamlined. George took me through the process and had answers to all my questions. He was thorough, to the point and never tried to upsell me. I didn't have alot of time as I was in the middle of the work day, but the whole process was done in about 10 minutes. After the call was done I felt assured that there wouldn't be any issues or delays with the formation of my LLC.
