I’ve had a couple of issues with Pokémon high tops for my son. On both occasions I was extremely lucky to have the same person to help me. This person is Lisa, and she’s from the customer service dept. I believe she went above and beyond to help me and more importantly my son so that he can wear the high tops. Lisa understood how children with ADHD and Autism can have huge meltdowns if something isn’t right. If ever I have any other issues, which I’m hoping not to, then I do hope it would be Lisa that picked up message. Thank you so very much Lisa, you made my child extremely happy.

I've placed a few orders for things that are showing as in stock, waited literally weeks, messaging to ask where my order is only to get excuses, and eventually waited so long that I've just had to cancel my order. They show they are selling things that they clearly don't have access to. They're a joke company and not professional whatsoever.

Love Zavvi. It's mainly films and action figures for me, but they have everything when it comes to entertaininment. Pricing is good, delivery charge is cheap and items well packaged. Also, customer service is fantastic. All of these aspects ever more important when buying collectables. Highly recommended!

"Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen supplier allocation issue, we have not received sufficient stock to fulfil all customer orders for this release. As a result, we regret to inform you that your order has been cancelled." Just got this months after pre-ordering. No compensation of any kind, just informed me that my order is now cancelled. Never going to order there again, will take my business to more serious actors that care about their customers.

I pre-ordered the Blade Runner, V for Vendetta, Enter the Dragon and Goonies steel books as soon as they became available to do so in May. I've just received a message today(26/08/25) that my entire order has been cancelled due to allocation issues - this is a few days after the release, giving me no chance to get them elsewhere. I should also rate myself 1 star for trusting Zavvi again to fulfil a pre-order - this is my third or fourth time!

I ordered a couple of T-shirts from here. There was an initial delay in the shipping time, but Shannon, my customer care representative, was helpful when I approached her with my query. Once my order was dispatched it was delivered ahead of time. So their order tracking page is a bit inaccurate but the goods are exactly as described on the product page. Happy with my purchase!

MOST of the time they are pretty good and get some nice products in. However...the nice products are 50/50 on weather or not you will actually recieve them even though you pre-ordered months in advance. Ive been left short a few times and lost out with nice limited edition steelbooks or collectors editions because Zavvi cancelled my order on release day due to no stock even though they accepted my pre-order. Like i say there are usualy no problems but its a gamble with those limited edition products.

Edited my post My order didn’t arrive, had to message on a portal which provides very slow replies. Completed a failed delivery disclaimer hoping for a quick resolution and not, I am in limbo no item and the item being £160 had to replace this!!! I understand they need to investigate but the slow replies via a portal is frustrating won’t be using them again Update They now state I’m not getting my money back, even tho and I quote - Royal Mail have initially advised that their records show the parcel as delivered, and the GPS scan matches your property. However, we have highlighted to them that: The delivery photo shows the parcel left outside, not handed to you. The tracking record states the parcel was “signed for” by yourself, when you confirm no signature was given. No Safeplace was authorised on your account, meaning the delivery should not have been left unattended. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS FOLKS

Purchasing from Zavvi is very easy and painless, their products always turn up quickly and damage free which is more than I can say from some other online retailers

Shit delivery service took over a week for a blu ray to arrive no response from zavvi. Stick to hmv or Amazon for your blu rays etc people
