Still waiting for my item to be dispatched. Still days processing. I'm on day 5 now. Staff are useless as you don't even get a response until days later. I'm pretty sure they do this deliberately.

Still Processing!
Payment taken on Aug 22nd but books still be ing processed nearly a week later? Zavvi asking how they did! You haven’t actually done anything yet! Edit….literally 5 minutes after processing the order was updated and items had shipped, arriving today
