I have had this subscription for nearly 2 years now. When I first got it, I absolutely loved it. Great juice, catered to you. But lately I'm getting all the same brands each month, and basically all the same flavors, flavors mind you month after month I have made sure to tell them I didn't like. I dont know what's going on, but I'm close to cancelling and moving elsewhere. They also always seem to be out of stock on half their hardware in the store.

Some how I had two passwords for the same email and and after canceling my account they charged me for an extra year. Many hours on phone with them and no answers or refunds. After this post, I guess they looked concerned in their comments but did not try to fix anything.

Excellent customer service . If something goes wrong they make it right You can choose your own flavours each month One month I got some that seemed to have expired - they smelt off (3 of the 6 bottles) I sent them photos of the best before date & got free replacements sent to Australia within 7 days Great price too. Highly recommend ✅

Love all the flavors that are sent to me

Zample has a great range of flavours that you don’t get in the uk. Even with the postage it works out at less that £2 per 10ml which is pretty good if you buy the 6 bottle package. I tend to use it for a few months then cancel it if Ive got too many bottles, but it’s very easy to come and go with no contract as you wish. It’s very flexible and the website is great, I enjoy going through and choosing new flavours every month to try!

Best juice subscription service

I’ve been a customer for A couple of months now I like the way they operate, I like the customer service, it is excellent in my opinion I just wish that they would Choose a better variety of flavors each month this would be my second month in a row where I got a strawberry custard flavored EJUICE I am not complaining about my last strawberry custard flavored EJUICE It’s delicious I just wanted something different seeing as I’m only getting 3E juices at a time, I’d recommend this service to anyone especially someone who is trying to quit smoking cigarettes, vaping has effectively help quit a 12 year addiction to smoking and I’m happy this company exists

I absolutely love Zamplebox, they are my main supply of vape juice because its cheaper to get the box once a month rather than buy juice from local stores. I love their YouTube channel and also the stickers I get in the boxes are awesome because I put stickers on everything. Zamplebox is amazing and I recommend them to all vapers I meet

If your an everyday all day vaper get the monthly membership. It's a good way to test out random flavors and you'll have access to the larger bottles at wholesale price. It'll save you a ton of money.
