Well it seems like a good deal right? I signed up for monthly boxes I never received one so I cancelled it. So , after cancelling they hide in there that you agree to pay 9.99 a month I didn't even notice for 8 months because it's just 10 dollars, but please believe that adds up when I'm sure hundreds of people have the same issue. Guess what else? When I contacted their customer service "manager" I was told I clicked I accept when I tried to cancel it , so it's on me. Guess what it isn't on me look around the internet a lot of people have the same issue. I wonder how many other people have been fleeced by these guys? It's called deceptive business practices. Unethical shady guys. So many positive reviews by people who only have one review , yeah people don't just make accounts because they've had such glowing experiences it's EXPECTED in a customer service business I took the time to write this review because I've had some crappy customer service before , but not bad enough to write a review before that's a first.

I like how by the flavor profileeach box zamplebox make it here without even getting on a website, they make it easy.

Some flavors just suck (to me), but that's not zamplebox's fault. I got to find out what I like and what I don't at a fraction of the cost. Great value. Great experience

Variety of choice, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

If I could give Zamplebox zero stars, I would. To keep a long story short, I signed up for their “nic salt” box. My first box was filled with all of the e liquids that I had put on my “dislike” list. I contacted customer service and they credited my online Zamplebox account with the price of the box so I could order some e liquid of my choice. This was a nice gesture. The next box I received was filled with 6mg freebase e liquids. I use pod systems and I had originally signed up for the “nic salt” box. I contacted customer service about the issue and they expressed to me that they had stopped doing nic salts. They simply said that there wasn’t anything they could do and asked if I wanted to cancel my subscription. Why a company would change a customer’s subscription without notifying them and not offer a refund when dissatisfied with something they didn’t sign up for is beyond my comprehension. To summarize this review: don’t give this company your hard earned money. I hope this helps anyone in need.

Everything about zamplebox is great every box I have gotten has been amazing I learnt about new flavors I liked based on what I told the I liked.

Not only is the customer service amazing the flavors they have are to die for! have never once had an issue with them sending me bad products!

Love zample box. My local vape shops are shady and overpriced and won’t even let you sample before you buy so it just makes sense to go through zamplebox. I like that I can rate my juices and they use my ratings for future boxes. They are a great company with great prices and I will never go back to buying juice any other way
