Great software. Easy to use.

Wondershare sell you credits, credits don't arrive in your account, you are talking to a bot that can reply only to three different questions . Still have no credits after paying €18 Nobody replying on Facebook. I purchased the annual license. Now the credit you get with that expired. So you top up. Only to get nothing. Can contact nobody. I am cancelling auto renewal.

I have been a user of filmora since the early years and still this fantastic program is still the one i use. I have bought very expensive programs that i still own but i only use Filmora because of it’s many features and their great customer support

Vous demandez un essai gratuit de 7 jours, puis avant la fin de la période d'essai vous êtes débité de 60 euros. Impossible de se faire rembourser. Je déconseille fortement, il existe pleins d'autres logiciels avec un service après vente de meilleure qualité.

I truly enjoy the application, but watch out when filmora automatically log off, because when you try to log-in but forgot password, there is a password reset which sends a verification code that doesn't arrives to the email... now it fixed. Recommend you to update in profile your alternative account recovery (other mail, phone), because it is a bit difficult to contact service support directly.

so i have recently had problems with an old HDD external harddive that all of a sudden couldnt get read by windows so i saw this program and specific software called recoverit, i started the subscription wich was very expensive for a month (59.99) for a month and before the 14 day mark comes i file for a refund due to the program does not work i have contacted them about it and they gave me a lot of fixes to try but in the end it does not work when try and recover files it gets stuck on 2% its a known issue with this program, and still they dont want to give me a refund even tho i asked for it before the 14 day mark AND the software i bought litterelly dosent do what they claim to, so watch out for this kinda company

Ich hatte eine unbegrenzte Lizen für den Uniconverter 14. Nachdem ich meinen Rechner neu aufsetzen musste, bekam ich nur noch eine Testversion und konnte sie nicht mehr freischalten. Unbegrenzt ist für mich anders. Kundenservice ist eine ziemlich dumme KI. Zugleich wollten sie mir immer noch mehr von ihren Programmen verkaufen - aufdringlich. Also ich kann nur vom Kauf abraten. Wondershare antwortet mit Textbausteinen, "entschuldigt" sich fadenscheinig und unterschlägt, dass man die "Hauptversion", die man gekauft hat, nicht mehr nutzen kann - außer man macht ein kostenplfichtiges Update. "Lebenslang" ist anders! Das ist Abzocke pur. Finger weg!

Refund policy states if u change your mind you cant return the product ?? So if you buy the product and you see that it is not fit for your needs then thats what you get . If i could i would give less score.

I was forced to pay for a year just to enter the 7 day trial period. within 30 minutes of payment I knew their software would not meet my needs. I cancelled immediately on the same day of purchase. I was still charged and later refused a refund. DECEPTIVE and UNETHICAL. forced to pay for a whole year for an hour and 12 minutes of access? I'm currently in the dispute process with my credit card company. BAD COMPANY TO WORK WITH...nothing but AI support. No emails, no phone numbers just AI garbage.

My background is from Adobe Premier & Finalcut 3 years. I own a PC,Android, MacBook pro and a laptop. I love to create content and I do my best to produce short videos and long videos at least 3-5 times a week. The reason I bought Filmora was because I needed something to be able to edit and produce videos fast and not taking a long time doing it. Plus the other 2 programs use a lot of my computer resources as well as the learning curve is very heavy. With that said, when I got Filmora I thought it was what I needed, little did I know Filmora was and is a powerhouse when it comes to editing and producing videos! When I got it at first a few years back the AI wasn't very big yet. So the normal things I was able to do were basic and easy to do. No much use of my resources on my computer or phone, fast, processed and delivered in less than where I used to do before. With the new integration of AI about every week and month there is something new added to Filmora . From transitions, luts, letters-titles, Text to video, photo to video. Etc it's amazing!! I'm to the point that I no longer use the other two programs mention before and I only use Filmora . The lifetime program is worth it, yet there are additions you can purchase within Filmora to get credits for AI as well as some extras. You do pay, the have a yearly membership, monthly and a few other goodies you can add and pay for. I started with the basics lifetime and I was doing great, yet when I started using Filmora 100% I started paying for the additions they are all worth it! I really recommend you to give it a try.

Ho acquistato Recoverit data recovery 2 giorni fa. Provato prima la versione gratuita, dopo la scansione i dati sono stati trovati, per il ripristino occorre la versione a pagamento. Procedo con l'acquisto, va tutto a buon fine confermato da ricevuta e numero di ordine. Purtroppo la procedura per l'attivazione del software non va a buon fine, non arriva un codice come nella maggior parte dei software, ma si tratta di un processo complicato che non riesce ad attivare il programma. Difficile contattare l'assistenza e chiedere un rimborso come previsto entro 7 giorni. Oltretutto in fase di pre acquisto era previsto un importo promozionale che in fase di perfezionamento pagamento non è stato mantenuto. Avevo urgentza di recuperare dei dati e se fosse per loro sarei ancora in stallo. Azienda poco seria e inaffidabile. A causa dell'urgenza ho dovuto scegliere altro software (EaseUS Data Recovery) in pochi minuti tutto ok, ottimo prodotto e perfetto il pagamento e attivazione.

Me hicieron cobros indebidos sin mi autorización, y cuando solicite el reembolso se negaraón por "politicas de la empresa". Por lo leido no soy el unico, empresa sin ningun tipo de etica, NO LOS RECOMIENDO, AL MENOS QUE QUIERAN SER ESTAFADOS.

Ci siamo dimenticati di lasciare il feedback per Wondershare, ad oggi ci teniamo ad informare i consumatori che è uno delle migliori piattaforme per il servizio di distribuzione digitale alla quale ci siamo affidati. Filmora un ottimo prodotto in linea con il brand, prezzi competitivi ma risultati eccellenti 10 stelle!

Scam company, charged me monthly and I don't even have account with them. Had to tell my bank to block them.

Le 17/07 alors que j’ai besoin de transformer un document PDF en document Pages, j’utilise un essai gratuit (de 30 jours) sur le site de Wondershare. La fonctionnalité ne fonctionnant pas, j’annule dans la même heure cet essai gratuit. Quelle n’a pas été ma surprise quand je vois que le jour même Wondershare me prélève 142,80€ sur Paypal. Depuis, ce jour, nous essayons en vain d’obtenir le remboursement de cette somme et de signaler cette arnaque. Téléphone, mail, aucune réponse de l’entreprise… Nous avons signalé le problème également sur Paypal à aussi ouvert un dossier de litige vers l’entreprise… pas de réponse. Nous allons devoir faire opposition au virement auprès de notre banque… si vous pensez passer par Wondershare, fuyez, ceci est une arnaque !
