Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet!
Where should I even begin..
Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia.
Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that.
Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.
Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.
I bought oneplus 8 pro from them and it arrived very fast in 6 days to saudi arabia excellent service they installed Google play services no issues fast customer respond great website i recommend it and i will try it again 😊
I came across Wonda Mobile by accident a couple of weeks ago when researching into a Samsung Galaxy Fold 5G. As with many others, I had not heard of this company and was reluctant at first to purchase. I did all of the usual things, checked Trust Pilot, looked to check that the site was well established and had basic security measures in place, like SSL Encryption.
Everything checked out.
Any questions I had were quickly answered and although I did have a long delay due to delivery issues (Thank you customs), rather than Wonda Mobile, I was kept fully up to date by Franke. My phone arrived and I am one happy chap, saving me well over £800 on retail direct from Samsung and £400 based on Amazons price.
The phone is a Korean version, but works perfectly in the UK on the Three network and also Vodafone. Samsung Pay doesn't work, but this is clearly stated on the website, however like a couple of other reviewers, I have manged to make calls over VOLTE on Three, however not Vodafone.
I shall be back when its time to change handsets again!

Ordered a OnePlus 8 pro come in about 3 days I was anticipating this taking longer due to covid-19. Saved £100 if I was to buy it directly from OnePlus and I was able to get the blue colour which is not even sold in the UK. Whenever I need a new phone Wonda is my first option. They're marvelous.
Ordered Black Shark 3 Pro. No taxes charged. Item shipped in two days and arrived in Texas way faster than I expected. Item exactly as described and people can't stop staring at it. Wonda will have my business again soon.

Hi , i am a customer from Bahrain. Im writing this incase anyone from Bahrain wants to get more info. I ordered the s20 plus samsung hong kong variant. Just wanted to confirm , 4G is working , VOLTE is also working , my carrier is STC Bahrain. If you are from Bahrain and having second thoughts. Please dont ... go ahead and purchase, if you are looking for a samsung phone. Let me tell you why :
1. Excellent service , authentic original products , very fast delivery and they accept credit card and pay pal , i used DHL For delivery.
2. VOLTE and 4G works , waiting for STC Bahrain to activate 5G service for S20 Series for me to test. It should work as i checked with STC engineer they said their 5G Band is N78 , supported by hong Kong Variant.
3. Before buying from Wonda Mobile , i preordered the same device from Bahrain Samsung. It came with exynos processor. The Difference is huge , there is no comparison with the Hong Kong Variant . with the phone i bought form bahrain , it gets hot very fast and performance starts to become slow. with the Hong Kong Snapdragon Variant , you can forget about that completely , its an amazing phone , no issues at all , it doesnt become hot i play games watch videos multi task .... nothing , i have been testing it for 3 weeks now.
Im a verified Bahraini Customer and very very happy ... highly highly recommend , cannot recommend enough ... if you are thinking to buy from bahrain or from wonda mobile dont think , buy the Hong Kong variant (Snapdragon) from wonda mobile without thinking.
PS: I got two software updates in 3 weeks.

Just brought the mi 10 pro 8gb/256 gig global unlocked version to use in the uk,only paid 719 quid for this feature packed hi-spec device to use on the ee network, beautiful device,works flawlessly and looks damn good too,really snappy with the snapdragon 865 chip and adreno 650,this is the first phone i have ever brought as i usually get the newest rip-off priced samsung on an expensive tariff,i was really dubious about buying an imported phone but couldn't be happier with my purchase,this company's customer service is 2nd to none,i asked loads of questions and always got a quick & informative answer,from start to finish this transaction was fast & seamless,no more contracts for me and iwill certainly be using wonda mobile for all of my future mobile needs, paid 7.oo quid for smooth delivery and recieved my phone in 6 days,
