Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

first i thought it is scam

first i thought it is scam. So i took a risk and purchased Huawei P40 Pro Plus and a heart rate watch.....i also paid for 2 to 3 days DHL shipping. i order on Wed July 8th and i got it on Fri july 10th... service is perfect, reply you in a minute (depend time zone) i will order my next phone with them again ...price are right and cheap..from HK to NYC only 2 days shipping? unbelievable ...outstanding experience

This is my second time buying from Wonda Mobile and once again it was a very pleasant purchase, it took 6 days to receive my order, faster than some online shopping here in UK, Royal mail tracking number was provided next day, item was as described and very well packaged. VIVO NEX 3S

Dear All After a lot of searching thru different Chinese online shops I've decided to give it a try with WONDA MOBILE. I've ordered a VIVO Nex 3s which arrived from Hong Kong in UK in 5 days. The phone is blazing fast, amazingly beautiful , screen protector already applied and UK adapter included. I also had some questions for the guys in Wonda which replied to all my questions very quick. I will definitely purchase other products from them. Super fast delivery, reliable product

Ordered the Huawei P40 Pro +, it arrived from Hong Kong to the United States in 2 days. I was amazed at how fast my phone was delivered because it said the estimated delivery was a week away. The phone was brand new and came with a pre-installed screen protector. They even included a power adapter for the charger.

Great customer service and much cheaper than the UK

Ordered the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G as it was about £200 cheaper than most places. The order took about 10 days to arrive. Unfortunately the screen stopped working after less than 24 hours. I spoke to the customer services team and they quickly arranged DHL to pick up the phone. 2 weeks later a brand new phone arrived which works perfectly. Some times these things happen but they dealt with it swiftly and replaced the phone as quickly as they could. No complaints from me
