Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

waist of money not recommended at all

I bought oppo n5 phone it arrived quickly but non of the uk apps are working it not connecting to any smartwatch customer service is very poor

Bought OnePlus 8Pro - Amazing!

Bought OP 8Pro to upgrade from my S10+. Didn't want to buy s20+ exynos and wanted a little change since I had a samsung before. Amazing customer support,fast shipping,great prices! Will buy from Wonda again. Greetings from Croatia!

Recommended!

I ordered my Galaxy S20 5G with Snapdragon from Wondamobile. Had some doubts initially about the whole shipment process, especially because they said they'll pay for the import fees. Since it was the only possible alternative(and less sketchy than eBay), I decided to risk it and placed an order. They stated it would take 6-8 working days until the shipment will arrive in Germany. I was pleasantly surprised to see my phone arriving after 8 days (ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived by Thursday the week after). Good value, would definitely recommend!

Amazing site.

Inizialmente ero un po scettico.. ma alla fine ho deciso di provare leggendo pure praticamente tutte le recensioni al top. non me ne sono pentito di averlo comprato da loro. nano sim 256gb con snapdragon s20 ultra va una meraviglia. la consegna purtroppo tramite ups è arrivata un pochino lenta ma comunque entro il tempo stabilito( 6giorni) peccato che non viaggiavano di sabato e domenica sennò sarebbe arrivata prima. in finale. comprate da questo venditore rispondono veramente veloci ed a tutto. se avete domande fatele. grazie mille wondamobile. Initially I was a bit skeptical .. but in the end I decided to give it a try by reading pretty much all the top reviews as well. I have not regretted buying it from them. 256gb nano sim with snapdragon s20 ultra goes great. unfortunately the delivery through ups arrived a little slow but in any case within the established time (6 days) too bad they did not travel on Saturday and Sunday otherwise it would have arrived earlier. in the final. buy from this seller they respond really fast and to everything. if you have any questions ask them. thank you so much wondamobile.

Great service and prices

I was half expecting the offer I found to be too good to be true, and I'm very happy to discover I was wrong. Excellent service and price from Wonda Mobile for the model of phone I wanted. Delivery was in line with the stated times as well, despite the current circumstances. The warranty support through WM is an unknown at this point, but I would thoroughly recommend them based on my current experience.

Happy Customer

Had a phone in mind and came across an international version on Wonda Mobile. A couple of queries were soon dealt with and the order was placed on a Sunday. Despatch details were sent straight away along with tracking info. Nine days later phoned arrived and I was a very happy customer. All boxed and sealed and with a UK charger in the box Happy to recommend Wonda to anyone considering a purchase, my buying experience was as good as any I have previously made, anywhere.

Amazing people ❤

They are just amazing and cooperative and unique warranty service...... I bought two phones S20 ultra 512 Gb then. I had some factory issue that requires to replace the mobile or refund the money and they offer both then after they ship a new phone without any problems and smoothly.... OnePlus 8 pro arrived smoothly.

Ordered OnePlus 8 pro and arrived promptly. I was bit worried to order an international item and seeing many good reviews, gave it a try with PayPal assurance but Wonda did good and received the product perfectly alright. I would recommend and would order again in the future.

Apprehensive. Cautious. I get it - it's a lot of money to spend on a phone upfront. And from a website you've never heard of? Ordinarily definitely not a risk worth taking. However upon reading the reviews on here and a thread on reddit I knew the website was legit. Here's my review to reinforce that. I bought a Samsung S20 Plus Snapdragon from Wonda as I wanted to make sure I had the best processor available - not the inferior Exynos sold in the EU. The order took 48 hours to process and about a week to be delivered (it came from Hong Kong). Nothing wrong with the phone at all. Brand new and SEALED. It works perfectly fine (I'm with Virgin in the UK). It will work with most providers in the UK - just double check the 3, 4 & 5g bands on somewhere like 4g.co.uk. Also I recommend reading the reviews on the Wonda website - you can see the admins are very helpful and responsive. One thing to add is I actually ordered the S20 Ultra first and changed my mind. To cancel the order I just had to email the website and let them know. They were very responsive. I was charged £20 to cancel as the item has already been dispatched. Obviously I was fine with this and it's in the T&C's. Overall very very happy...it's a shame I didn't hear about this website earlier - I'd have saved myself a ton of money throughout the years! Enjoy your new purchase :)
