Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

I bought oppo n5 phone it arrived quickly but non of the uk apps are working it not connecting to any smartwatch customer service is very poor

Site que je recommande vivement après avoir commandé et reçu un Vivo X100 pro (revendu depuis pour acheter le Vivo X100 pro Ultra qui sort bientôt). Prix ultra compétitifs, colis reçu en 3 jours par FedEx et service client qui répond très vite.

Top Händler und top Service und Support.

Ich habe im Laufe der letzten Jahre mittlerweile 7 Smartphones und eine Smartwatch bei Wonda bestellt und war jedesmal mehr als zufrieden mit dem Service und der Versandabwicklung. Expressversand und jederzeit innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort bzw. Hilfe auf E-Mails. Support erster Klasse. Ich werde auch weiterhin Stammkunde bei Wonda sein. Vielen Dank, Ken.

Support is useless

- no chat, only email - support answers only on the first question and ignores other questions in email (checked a few times) - I have asked to decline the order and transfer money back, because now I see unexpected delays in sending. But my request was left without comments/explanations (company haven't sent the order yet, so it's possible to decline)

Unglaublich schnell

Ich habe ein Galaxy S24 SD bestellt und es dauerte von China nach Deutschland nur 4 Tage. Es entspricht auch genau der Beschreibung und es hat LTE Band 20, was für uns in Deutschland sehr wichtig ist. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Vielen dank an WondaMobile für den hervorragenden Service.

Ho ordinato dall'Italia un cellulare Vivo X100 Pro 5G (Global Version) Dual SIM 16GB/512GB il 2 febbraio. Il 7 febbraio l'avevo tra le mani. Oggetto veramente fantastico ed elegante, oltre che performante. Ad oggi ho ricevuto già 3 o 4 aggiornamenti. Ottimo.
