Great service but slightly noisy office!
Mary was very helpful and patient in understanding what happened to our unique claim. Although their office back ground noise was quite high, I could hear almost snippets of other agents' conversations. But nevertheless, Mary was able to communicate with me effectively and manage to get all details required for the moment. Happy with her service thus far.

My experience with Kate
When I spoke to Kate Boxton, i was panicking and did not have much idea what I should do but Kate assured me that itβs fine and she took her time to explain everything to me step by step for me to understand. Kate passed me to different departments that I did not have to drop the phone to call another again. Everything was done in the same day and I had peace.

I had my first accident ever
I had my first accident ever, basically I didn't know what to do..was a bit of panic.I took a few pictures of a damage and exchanged details with a person who hit me. Then I found a number on my emails and called the insurance company..Scott Newton took my call and it was an absolute blast ..everything was sorted so quick ..my car was picked up in and hour and half, had a hire car following day due to be a van but hey I wouldn't mind to wait ...car was repaired in an incredible 3 days from accident. Well good service. Now I just add an injury claim ...instant service from Scott Newton side and feedback available online...I will be carrying with my insurance through this company for a long time with this amount of service included.thank you very much
