What a fantastic estate agents I would recommend them to anyone. They helped us sell our Aunties house in woodley and went above and beyond to help us . Rob and Gary always kept us up to date on everything from the beginning to the end. Gary did a fantastic video on YouTube. Worth a look to see how fantastic they would be on selling your home.

House Valuation
Gary was really knowledgeable, friendly and detailed in his understanding. Gary would have lots of comparable listings to justify his perspective and would give full and detailed answers to our adhoc questions. Also the Whiteknights team from answering calls, updating us and sending emails was very proficient and friendly. Thank you for your help.

Excellent from Day 1 to Post Completion
Whiteknights were Superb in dealing with my house sale. from Day 1 to Post Completion. Once sale was agreed, Dani personally took responsibility for completing the sale which took away so much of the stress of selling a house. Thank you!

We had a bad experience with one of the…
We had a bad experience with one of the female agent of whitenights named Anna. Really rude and condescending tone over the phone. She was unnecessarily trying to argue over the petty details . Trying to correct me on every small detail without any listening ears. She try to show that we don't know anything. She also refuse to show the property unless we talk their mortgage advisor despite we told that we already have mortgage in place through another provider. We understand the legality of the process of buying the house but she put us off with her condescending behaviour. She was obviously need more training. We then talked to her manager Emma, who was polite and apologised on her behalf.

Excellent hassle free service from…
Excellent hassle free service from start to finish from the valuation and lots of information from Gary to Dani who kept us up to date and well informed of every step of the sale up to the exchange of contracts etc. Being 300 miles away from the property I was very worried about how everything would work but it was so effortless, smooth and professional I can honestly recommend them to anyone.

Whiteknights Woodley
Gary has a great knowledge of the local property market, and understands the local area. He was very helpful and did not give the hard sell like some other estate agents. We were very pleased with how the property was marketed. Dani was fantastic guiding us through the process once the offer was accepted. She kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process and was very proactive to push the sale through to a successful completion.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. John was fantastic, there throughout the entire process to help and support, always available when needed and went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us. He even assisted with my solicitor; working against some pretty strict timelines and pressure we were under to get everything completed. Highly recommend, and if you're lucky enough to work with John then even better. :)

Highly Recommend Whiteknights in Reading
Whiteknights in Reading were great. Adam Lewendon was our primary contact and had the correct policy for marketing our property compared to the other estate agents we asked to quote. We had a number of offers very quickly and achieved a sale at a price we were happy with. Having secured a buyer, our case went to John Bennett in the sales progression team. Given that we have not sold a property for a number of years, John was incredibly patient at explaining the process and keeping us informed along the way. We particularly appreciated his skills in liaising with the other professionals in the chain and keeping things moving along. We would highly recommend Whiteknights in Reading.
