Five star estate agents in woodley reading
What a fantastic estate agents I would recommend them to anyone. They helped us sell our Aunties house in woodley and went above and beyond to help us . Rob and Gary always kept us up to date on everything from the beginning to the end. Gary did a fantastic video on YouTube. Worth a look to see how fantastic they would be on selling your home.
House Valuation
Gary was really knowledgeable, friendly and detailed in his understanding. Gary would have lots of comparable listings to justify his perspective and would give full and detailed answers to our adhoc questions. Also the Whiteknights team from answering calls, updating us and sending emails was very proficient and friendly. Thank you for your help.

Fabulous and Honest Service
We came across multiple estate agencies while we were looking for a house and were really pleased with the service we received from Whiteknights. Gary, in particular, was a thorough professional. He was not only very knowledgeable but also quite honest. He gave us the right advice on all queries we had and helped us throughout. The property was also fairly valued at their end, unlike other estate agents who try to inflate the property price in order to fetch higher margins thereby adversely affecting the real estate market. I would definitely recommend engaging Whiteknights when you are looking to buy / sell your house.

Having to sell our family home after…
Having to sell our family home after parents passed we decided to use Whiteknights after recommendations from friends, and we were not disappointed. We were kept up to date throughout the process by James and Rob. Who found us a buyer within a day of it going to market. I would recommend Whteknights 100%.

Back in the housing market after 17 years…
Back in the housing market after 17 years and was apprehensive about it all. Gary Waite guided us through it, helped re-negotiate the price after a negative survey finding and was all around brilliant. Really couldn't imagine anyone else doing a better job on my sale/purchase and he is a great guy too!

We chose White Knights Estate Agents to act on selling our property because they supported us to sell our previous property a number of years ago, we received an excellent service at the time. On this occasion on meeting Director, Gary Waite, we found him to be knowledgeable and highly experienced about the selling market. We received feedback from Gary from the viewers of the property and he advised us accordingly. Other than a short gap in the communication, which was promptly corrected when addressed with Gary we received ongoing good communication throughout from the team.
