Outstanding service. I ordered a beautiful pair of Gabor sandals online on Tuesday afternoon. They were despatched so quickly & arrived Thursday morning. Beautifully wrapped & they are perfect! So comfortable. I look forward to using Westwoods again. Superb company & highly recommend.

Ordered online as the Price was considerably lower than elsewhere - certainly not disappointed. Boots arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

These slippers that have just been purchase by me , are replacements for A worn out pair of the same. The old pair are now 3 years old and passed it. So here's to the next 3 trouble free years.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Westwoods and paid by Paypal. The money was taken from my account immediately.I was sent a confirmation e-mail and a then a second e-mail with a tracking number for MyHermes. My shoes didn't arrive so I checked the MyHermes website and found that my shoes had been delivered to the depot, but nothing further. I contacted Westwoods who agreed to look into it. They sent an e-mail and said that there had been a theft at the MyHermes depot and my parcel had been stolen.( this seems to be a common problem with MyHermes) I wonder how long it would have taken Westwoods to follow this up if I hadn't contacted them. I was told that a second pair of shoes would be sent by Royal Mail and given a tracking number. Westwoods also left a phone message to say that my shoes should be delivered on Friday or Saturday at the latest , so the same as original order,even though i had been waiting over a week. I checked Royal Mail website and it said that they had tried to deliver my parcel and left a card. When I checked with Royal Mail customer services, I was in fact in when the delivery was meant to have been made and no card was left. I finally collected the parcel fro the sorting office yesterday, nearly 2 weeks after the order was placed. After the first fiasco, I am disappointed that Westwoods didn't follow up my order. I am also surprised that the company would risk their reputation by using MyHermes.

Thought i had got a bargain but after eight days i had not received them.When i contacted Westwoods i was told my parcel was part of a consignment that had been stolen!!!! Although offering 10% discount off another pair they had no more of the shoe i had ordered.

Slippers were delivered on time, and well packaged. The slippers appear well made, and the sizing is spot on.
