Trouble-free online shopping experience
Vitality Medical had the exact Medline walker I needed for Mom. When I called customer service I was connected to a knowledgeable agent Mel almost immediately. She answered my questions about shipping costs, return policies, and discount (5% was available with a sign-up online). An excellent customer service experience.

Took my order, charged my card - then sent an email reading I had to have a prescription to order - flat out fraud - if you require a prescription - it should be requested prior to charging my card - never purchase from this site again - reporting to State AG
