I ordered and paid for a box of 12 Surgilube, $52. I was shipped not 1 box of 12 which I ordered but 1 tube of Surgilube. My order copy shows the correct info. I wonder if they’ll charge me for shipping again🤔 Not great but customer service, I think her name is JM, was great!
