On a recent order, the items arrived promptly. The quality of the medical items (wound care) we have ordered from Vitality are top notch. However, on this latest order, the box was smashed in on the top and sides (thankfully our items were soft goods), and the box was way too big for the items, which meant a long, long piece of packing paper was stuffed into the box as well. Packing and box were overkill. Had the box been smaller, fitted to the items, chances are the box wouldn't have been crushed.
The delivery of my order was supposed to take three days. This morning it had not yet been processed. A new address for delivery in Beachwood, OH. has been given to you this morning but no confirmation was received by mail.

Helpful customer service person. SUGGESTION: When you send a coupon, state that only ONE coupon can be used per order. That was the reason for my call. I received 2 coupons today. One for a 10% discount and one for 99-cent shipment. Thought I could use both.

This wasn't a question of what I liked or disliked. What I liked was the cost and the fast time it arrived. Unfortunately I couldn't use this unit for a fast nebulizer system to take my Phillips respironics place. It's not half the system
