Ordered necklace, had intial email with epacket number. Now 3 months later no tracking on website or epacket. Sent me multiple emails and tried calling. Calls says shutdown due to Corona, and emails no response. This place sucks.

DO NOT USE, scammed me out of a 3 pack of masks I had placed an order for back in march, thought because of the covid19 stuff that was the cause of the delays, 4 months later and still no replies no replies in emails nothing

Scam. Absolute fake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS as there is no business, they take your money and you never get your stuff. That's the deal.

They suck. Period. I ordered 2 of the same item. I received one even though the shipping info said they were mailed together. I have sent 5 messages through the website and have not had one reply They suck

Scammers I wanted to return my items as were faulty and they offered me $10 compensation today $20 I’m owed $89.56 They send me Chinese curses in a email Wish I looked on this before I ordered

Took over 60 days to get no response to Multiple emails. Received the product and it wasn't what I ordered! Don't waste your time or money!!

I ordered a product at the beginning of the year. All I can say is they have NO INTEGRITY and will scam you. I have received no contact from them after the initial order. I attempted to email, message, and call them and I have heard nothing. $60 gone, and no product. I will be sharing the message to as many potential buyers as I can to keep them from the same fate. I hope these scum bags get shut down.

New Review - I finally received my products from Viking Brand and from Sports Fan island after posting negative reviews on Trust Pilot. Clearly when you get Trust Pilot involved companies finally get moving. It took over 35 days to receive my products but I finally have them and they are good quality; (branded Gaiter Scarves). Edited - previous review - This company will reply to my emails with an email saying my product is on the way and a button to check the tracking. when i click through; as always; the tracking status is the very same as day one; the product has has been in the Los Angeles area since May 5th. one and half hours drive from my address. They will not respond except with generic emails that show no change in the status of the products. This vikingbrands.co web site I am very suspicious is connected to Sports Fan Island, same type of products and same tracking emails, same delays.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Same experience...nothing shipped and no responses to inquiries, other than a bogus notice saying it was turned over to the airline over a month ago. TOTAL SCAM!!

Placed an order and received nothing other than confirmation and a bogus tracking number. Received an actual tracking number but confirmed with the USPS that the tracking number has had no activity after 2.5 weeks. No reply from their automated emails beyond a promise that they have received my message and will get back to me. Their phones are disconnected. I would look elsewhere.

Scam! Did not receive my order... Have not returned a single email. Cannot call! Scam!

DO NOT USE! THIS IS 100% A SCAM. To take advantage of people during this tough time in the world is appalling. I placed my order a month ago. Have followed up via their "contact" email, no response. Called them as well and it says they aren't taking messages due to COVID and then hangs up on you. There is a special place in hell for the people that do these these thing. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Read the reviews and wish I read them sooner. They scammed me too. Ordered way back in April for a dust mask and haven't heard a peep from support.

My Viking Kitchen was the biggest mistake of my life!!! Waited 30 years for my dream kitchen and have regretted the product almost from the start. I ordered a dishwasher, 48"wide refrigerator, 48" wide Range, vent hood and stainless backsplash with fold down racks, double wall oven, and they have all been problematic. The diswasher arrived without some parts and took 6 months to get them so it could be installed, then, if you want to actually use it you find the racks are not made for the weight of dishes, (not pots and pans) and they will be happy to sell you some wider retro rollers so the rack will stay on the track, really? The backsplash behind the stovetop was scratched upon arrival, Viking said they would have someone come look and fix, that was 16 years ago, after several attempts, I gave up, which is what I believe they hoped I would do. What I also didn't know about the backspash wat that the racks were attached and you cannot remove them to clean!! Who does that? The rangetop functions mostly fine but there are so many gaps, again difficult to impossible to clean, very poor design. The oven, again, the knobs cannot be removed and therefore you cannot clean the gap underneath them, really? The markings for temperature control are nearly worn off after 16 years. I have a double oven and the bottom oven takes nearly an hour to come to temperature while the top oven heats up in about 10 minutes, when I asked Viking they indicated the ovens were each made for different purposes, WHAT? The refrigerator completely died 6 months after the warranty ran out! They basically said "too bad, so sad" I went on a campaign writing letters to everyone, including consumer reports, consumer affairs everyone I could think of, and , after nearly 2 years using it as a storage pantry, they finally made an offer, to sell me a new fridge for half price. The bottom line is, don't waste your money unless you just want a show kitchen and have zero interest in actually using the products. Terrible product, terrible service! If I could afford to I'd hire a helicopter, load all these "products" on board and fly to the headquarters and drop them from above into the middle of their plant!!!!!!

I wish I could give a zero or minus rating. Worst experience I have ever had shopping online. Three months down the line and I am still out of pocket.

Scam! They have a support EMail that comes up with some lie about why your item wasnt processed or shipped even though they processed your money already...... So frustrated and disappointed.

Scam artists for the most part. I ordered something in November, 9 weeks later I finally got a response from my three attempts to reach them through their own contact options. They told me my order got lost in a warehouse issue an would reorder it for me, only to find out they charged me again without permission an still I don’t have anything three months later! Save your money an look for a better shop, this ones not worth the effort it takes to click their links!!!!!

STAY AWAY They took my money a 4 weeks ago - confirmed sale When I asked for expected delivery date - zero response No reply from repeated emails No reply from repeated comments on their Facebook page Now having to resort to Fraud case All because they refuse to respond to a fair question - initially! Happy to share emails
