The company must have gone bust. Ordered an Axe paid the money and heard nothing. What a bunch of Cu in the NTs.
Ordered a simple ring (in stock), they posted a shipping date that was not honoured. Emailed to request a refund, refused as "at production centre", new shipping date promised. New date not honoured, have now done a card charge-back. I suspect this is nothing more than a drop-shipping cowboy outfit and best avoided.

Absolutely pathetic company. Ordered a number of items for a wedding. I paid for priority dispatch because I needed them before the wedding. After two and a half weeks and still no delivery I contacted them to ask for an update. Today they said the items aren't in stock and don't think they will be any time soon. No contact whatsoever. Now I have to find something else in very short notice. Unless!

After reading a lot of negative reviews about VIKINGSBRAND, I was really worried,weather I will get my order or not. BUT! I really recommend them. It was my first purchase from their website. I have ordered a wooden watch and it really did not dissapoint me.Same as on the picture,in a beautiful wooden box,with extra tool to adjust the wrist chain. What is more shipping took just 19days. Also, the customer service was really fast and helpful.Thank You.
The company gets 5 stars. Wish I could say the same about FedEx though. FedEx "lost" my first Viking axe after it was shipped. It was not Vikings Brand's fault at all. To their credit, they shipped out a second one immediately! Can't ask for better customer service!!!!
Love the products I ordered from Vikings Brand! Although I needed to exchange a size, throughout the process there was constant communication, great customer support, and were very helpful during the entire exchange process.

Do not listen to the bad reviews!! I got my order in a little more than 2 weeks! Both quality and design are absolutely amazing and the prices aren't too high!! You can trust them!!

I emailed that day to find out if there was a separate shipping tracking information. Auto reply, someone will reach out in 24-48 hours. 3 days later nothing. I called. Of surprise! Due to covid no one answers the phones anymore. Emailed again, and again, and again, and again. NOTHING. They had no problem taking my money, but provide my what I ordered or return my messages. Nope. They even sent me a link to review my products. The link goes nowhere and I cannot review anything. Wonder why? Is it because you took my money and never sent me the item?
Glad I DIDN'T look at these reviews. I ordered a knife from their Amazon shop and it came in a matter of days. It's beautiful and well made. I'm very happy with it. (There is a possibility that the website and the Amazon store are not related, but this was my experience with the Amazon store)
I ordered rings for my husband and I Jan. 7, 2021. It is now Feb. 11. I have written emails and nothing back. They were a Valentine's gift for my husband. I was given a tracking # Feb 7th and to date it has not been received by USPS. Upon sending emails you will receive an automated reply stating they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs. Don't hold your breath because it doesn't happen. I wish I would have read reviews prior. Please do not do business with this company.

Complete FAKE RIP OFF of a company!!!! I ordered a $100 Wooden Watch on December 18th for my husband for Christmas and never received it. Have tried to reach out several times and have heard nothing in return. Their phone is cut off and they don't return emails. Checked with the Better Business Bureau, they have another 10 at least complaints with the same issue. I filed a complaint with them and got an email back stating they could do nothing because this company is not in business anymore. Don't buy from this company!!!!
