DO NOT ORDER from here!!

If no stars was an option I would pick that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered two products only one arrived. I emailed that day to find out if there was a separate shipping tracking information. Auto reply, someone will reach out in 24-48 hours. 3 days later nothing. I called. Of surprise! Due to covid no one answers the phones anymore. Emailed again, and again, and again, and again. NOTHING. They had no problem taking my money, but provide my what I ordered or return my messages. Nope. They even sent me a link to review my products. The link goes nowhere and I cannot review anything. Wonder why? Is it because you took my money and never sent me the item?
