I'm excited to work with them. The trial has been great so I'm excited to see how they continue to grow my account.
The staff are very helpful. I went to them with a few questions and they were very glad to help me. They even showed me some tips on how to receive more engagement on my posts and attract more followers.
Support team is palite and always respectful to me.
Stay away from this company. They have been double billing me for 3 months. No refund on any of it despite asking "Danny" and others on chat. Have had 8 disjointed chats with "Danny" who 'hasn't had a response from our payment processor yet'. Absolutely criminal. No transcripts go to your email address. Follower gain service not what was claimed. How is this service allowed to exist. I'll leave another accurate / bad review if another payment is taken and the full refunds not provided.

I initially had a positive experience with this service, but issues began after a billing error. I was charged $149 instead of the remaining $50 balance owed, and my emails to support have gone unanswered for over two weeks. Poor customer support and unresolved billing errors make this service hard to trust. By the way, your chat support is broken and cannot be accessed - appreciate a reply from any of the three messages I sent that aged almost two weeks already. Update: This is an update to my last message, it's Nov 11, 2024. - I got Upgrow's attention after my initial post here the day after. I was able to get my refund on October 29th. Please note if you use this service and you have an ad blocker, you have to pause it. The chat support worked after doing so and the data points improved. I'm changing my rate experience along side the progress I made by using this service.
The results are good and so is the customer service.
