NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LOWER SUBSCRIPTION COST AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS - FEEL SCAMMED WITH UNAPPROVED EXPENSES

I have written to their customer service SEVERAL times to downgrade my subscription (where there is nowhere to do online on their website) and stop paying for AI training that I NEVER signed up for. They are charging me $278 a month!! No responses. I am VERY disappointed by the lack of comms and customer support. I was happy with the service, but now I feel SCAMMED-- I was trying to lower my costs for the last 2 months, and I CAN'T. The model is FLAWED. I am very upset that NO one has emailed me back and have left my email SEVERAL times in their chat bot and KEEP GETTING CHARGED AN SO MUCH MONEY.
