It was slow in the beginning for about two weeks which I did expect after reading some of the reviews. But it increased after that beginning period.
I was able to have increasing growth with just the basic package. The growth started off with about 200 followers a week in the beginning but started to increase and grow each week after that.
Upgrow is my go to service for organic Instagram growth. I've never used any other services so I guess I got lucky finding a service this good on the first try.
They are very helpful with growing my page but also with general questions and issues. The support team is always there to help me out and they've been impactful on my growth.
Avoid I tried to get in touch with them several times to cancel my subscription and nobody is getting back to me. The followers you get are most probably fake accounts. This service is not tailored at all to your business. Update: Hi Jessica, I appreciate your response, but I must point out that some of the statements in your message are misleading. Let me explain my concerns clearly: Subscription cancellation: You mentioned a "simple, one-click process" to cancel subscriptions via the account dashboard. This is simply not true. I was explicitly instructed to contact your team via chat to cancel, and despite multiple attempts, no one has responded to me. I also emailed several times and received no replies. Your claim that support is available across three time zones doesn’t match my experience. Followers and targeting: Stating that your service attracts "real, organic followers based on targeting settings" doesn’t make it accurate. My account settings clearly reflect my location and interests, as well as hashtags and local accounts as per your advice. Yet the followers I received were from completely unrelated countries and interests. The evidence is in my account activity. Asking me to contact you: Asking me to "reach out" again, after I’ve already made multiple attempts, feels dismissive. If you genuinely want to address this, take the initiative to investigate and resolve my concerns directly and provide me with your contact details. For the record, I only received a refund because I contacted my bank and reported this as fraud, not because of any proactive effort on your part. I had to go above and beyond to get my money back. I would appreciate it if you could focus on resolving these issues rather than deflecting them.
This is a must have tool for any type of Instagram account. They help you grow organically with real followers.
It took some tweaks to get the followers that we wanted, but since then, everything has been perfect.
Terrible! Subscribed with them for 2 of our brands and cancelling is a nightmare! You can't get in touch with anyone! No phone number, no email responses, chat takes 2hrs to get a response, but they never email back. When I use the chat and they confirm we will not be charged for upcoming months and that we have cancelled, we see a new charge processing on our card. Extremely SHADY and unprofessional. Not worth it, you get some followers but barely any engagement - not authentic.
I highly recommend using them. They are one of the best services I have used.
