I specified highly detailed targeting criteria, including niche hashtags, relevant industry accounts, and a preference for “Male” followers to align with our audience. The outcome was not only disappointing but damaging. The followers I received were entirely irrelevant to our industry, with many profiles unrelated to the defense sector and a significant number of female profiles, despite selecting "Male." This misalignment has disrupted our social media algorithm, negatively affecting our brand’s engagement. I’ve had to remove these followers to prevent further impact, making this service utterly worthless to us. To make matters worse, Upgrow has ignored my multiple attempts to reach customer support. When I tried to cancel my subscription by clicking “Manage Subscription,” it directed me to a chat where I received no response. I have repeatedly requested a subscription cancellation with a full refund, but Upgrow has failed to address my concerns. If I do not receive an immediate response, including a full refund and confirmation of my subscription cancellation, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint and involve my legal counsel. I am prepared to provide documentation to substantiate my claims, including evidence of the misaligned targeting specifications provided. Upgrow, I urge you to take this final opportunity to resolve this issue promptly. Please respond immediately to process my refund and cancel my subscription, or I will be left with no choice but to take further action.
