Brilliant

One word, Brilliant! This is the first time that I've used an agent that supplies via a UK based main dealer. I was able to get exactly the car of my choice It was delivered to my home address on the date of my choosing. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and be 100% happy before the final payment was made. Harley was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I now have a lovely new car, thousands of pounds cheaper than if I had used my local main dealer.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with

I've just received delivery of a sports car on which it's very difficult to obtain a discount at the dealers. UK Car Discounts gave me a hefty discount and then dealt with the whole process from ordering to delivery in a really pleasant and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly and they were always there at the end of a phone, or by email to answer any queries. I couldn't have been more pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Great service and price for my new car

Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

Very happy Nissan Juke owner

Dead easy, great service

This was a very easy and stress-free way of buying a car. No haggling, no game playing. It's the first time I've ever had a brand new car - I never thought it was worthwhile financially, but at UK Car Discount's prices, it definitely is! They were helpful and efficient from the start, and everything was clearly explained. You really can't get any smoother than this. A shout out also to the delivery driver, Dean from Autologic - he went out of his way to deal with a last-minute hiccup with the transporter, and got my shiny new car to me all the way from Yorkshire to Gloucestershire by 7am on the delivery day. A very friendly and helpful chap!

Great Company. Would definitely purchase another car.

We were kept informed throughout the process of purchasing our Ford Fiesta Titanium. The ordering of the car was straightforward. The car arrived on the specified date and arrived on a low loader. The car had a few dirty marks on due to the adverse weather conditions but the driver cleaned it for us in order that we could fully inspect it. He gave us as much time as we wanted and gave us information about the vehicle before handing the keys over to us. He only asked for a signature when we were fully satisfied with the car. We had initial concerns about dealing with an online company for such a big purchase but would not hesitate to do the same again and would recommend the company.

Great car buying experience.

Initially a bit apprehensive about making such a costly purchase (a new car) over the internet. The savings were obvious in comparison to buying from a main dealer just concerned about the service and payment. No need to have worried: telephone conversations clear and reassuring, kept informed throughout the process, delivery efficient and as arranged, payment made (after initial deposit) once vehicle arrived and checked over. Would recommend to anyone buying a new car, can't see me stepping foot inside a main dealership again!

AS OTHERS HAVE STATED, BUYING A NEW CAR ON-LINE FOR THE FIRST TIME IS A BIG CONCERN. HOWEVER, I CAN CONFIRM THAT THE EXPERIENCE FROM FIRST CONTACT TO DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN VERY IMPRESSIVE. Purchase of new car

You may think that the prices are too good to be true, you would be wrong. This company does exactly what it says it will. A very straight forward and simple system to use.Place your order, pay a deposit, get a delivery date and wait for your new car. Amazing service

I was quite worried at first when deciding to purchase a new Fiesta over the Internet. Some sites seemed dodgy, wanting full payment before the car was delivered. What if it was just a toy car! But by using UK Car Discount I was saving £3k on the local main dealer so went ahead. They did not want full payment before the car was delivered, and only requested a small deposit. Easy to reach by phone and email for all my queries. I was kept informed regarding the expected delivery date which was arranged to suit me. Excellent service all round. I
