Brilliant

One word, Brilliant! This is the first time that I've used an agent that supplies via a UK based main dealer. I was able to get exactly the car of my choice It was delivered to my home address on the date of my choosing. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and be 100% happy before the final payment was made. Harley was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I now have a lovely new car, thousands of pounds cheaper than if I had used my local main dealer.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with

I've just received delivery of a sports car on which it's very difficult to obtain a discount at the dealers. UK Car Discounts gave me a hefty discount and then dealt with the whole process from ordering to delivery in a really pleasant and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly and they were always there at the end of a phone, or by email to answer any queries. I couldn't have been more pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Great company easy to order off their web site, the savings are great against purchasing from dealer, also helpful on the phone with any problems, good customer service kept informed on delivery progress, arrives when stated you don't pay until delivered and happy with car would recommend buy from this company.

Great service and price for my new car

Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service.

Never thought buying a new car could be so straightforward, the service we received from Brian, Harley and team was excellent, any queries were dealt with in a polite and professional manner with the car arriving inside the estimated delivery date. We chose trailer delivery again the service was superb everything was explained in full the delivery driver even suggested coming for a short drive with us for this we were very grateful. I would have no hesitation in recommending U.K Car Discount, Thankyou so much.

Great Service

The people at UK Car Discount do exactly as they promise. I have just taken delivery of my brand new Nissan Qashgai Tenka. This was delivered on the date promised to the exact specification, and the best bit saved over £4K on the Dealer advertised price. They kept me informed all the way through the order process, registration and delivery. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great professional and friendly service.

Seamless New Car Purchase without any fuss (and a great discount!)

I specified my new car with the options and UK Car Discount did the rest. They confirmed my lead time delivery (and delivered it 2 weeks earlier - BONUS), kept up communications on my order progress, and answered my questions promptly. Today my shiny new car was delivered without any fuss from the franchised dealer to my front door. Slick process, excellent service and communication...great savings too.

Buying a new car online is a bit of a leap of faith...How do they leave a car in your posession that you haven't even paid for?! The process is systematic (therefore easy to understand!) and actually very slick, but if you have any doubts whatsoever, give them a call and they'll put your mind at ease. Very friendly service, struck me as a small family concern and they get to know you, I didn't just feel like another number to them. The savings you get from this company are definitely worth you putting your trust in them and their process. On the whole, an enjoyable and quick process. I would highly recommend them.
