Brilliant

One word, Brilliant! This is the first time that I've used an agent that supplies via a UK based main dealer. I was able to get exactly the car of my choice It was delivered to my home address on the date of my choosing. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and be 100% happy before the final payment was made. Harley was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I now have a lovely new car, thousands of pounds cheaper than if I had used my local main dealer.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with

I've just received delivery of a sports car on which it's very difficult to obtain a discount at the dealers. UK Car Discounts gave me a hefty discount and then dealt with the whole process from ordering to delivery in a really pleasant and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly and they were always there at the end of a phone, or by email to answer any queries. I couldn't have been more pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Great company easy to order off their web site, the savings are great against purchasing from dealer, also helpful on the phone with any problems, good customer service kept informed on delivery progress, arrives when stated you don't pay until delivered and happy with car would recommend buy from this company.

Great service and price for my new car

Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service and highly reliable.

From start to finish I found UK car discount very professional. it was never any trouble getting to talk to someone and they were more than willing to answer all my questions. Brilliant service from Brian and Harley…

Brilliant service from Brian and Harley who kept me informed about delivery of my new car. It arrived six weeks earlier than first mentioned, which was even better for me. Delivery went smoothly. Reassuring after sales service too. Definitely recommend UK Car Discount.

I was slightly apprehensive about…

I was slightly apprehensive about buying a car on-line for the first time but the experience has proved to be so simple. The staff have always been extremely helpful in explaining the process and dealing with the order. All in all great service and a totally hassle free experience ...not forgetting the great price. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Excellent professional service

Excellent professional service. Good communication throughout. Like many I was quite concerned with just dealing with a relatively large sum of money over the phone and email. The initial deposit is paid by credit card which is covered and full payment is made only once the car had been delivered. This and the customer reviews gave the reassurance I needed and I have been very pleased with the whole process.

Very professional and excellent service

From our first telephone conversation UK Car Discount have been brilliant . They were able to answer all our questions regarding the car that we were interested in, any extras on the vehicle were easily added, the delivery and payment facility were clearly explained. On delivery day the smart, pleasant young man who arrived with the vehicle was most helpful, he explained every detail in a very professional way. Delighted with the whole process, will recommend UK Car Discounts and will most certainly be delighted to purchase our next vehicle with them again in the future.

Car buying made easy!

I did a quick internet search and found UK Car Discount. I was surprised by the lower prices. My local dealer couldn’t match them so I called to check them out. What I found was a Company with a new business model, who made buying my new car simple and lower cost! I saved about Β£6000 on my new car, brilliant service, delivered to my door with 3miles on the clock, then paid the balance after I checked the car out. Superb service, not sure why I haven’t done this before!
