Brilliant

One word, Brilliant! This is the first time that I've used an agent that supplies via a UK based main dealer. I was able to get exactly the car of my choice It was delivered to my home address on the date of my choosing. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and be 100% happy before the final payment was made. Harley was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I now have a lovely new car, thousands of pounds cheaper than if I had used my local main dealer.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with

I've just received delivery of a sports car on which it's very difficult to obtain a discount at the dealers. UK Car Discounts gave me a hefty discount and then dealt with the whole process from ordering to delivery in a really pleasant and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly and they were always there at the end of a phone, or by email to answer any queries. I couldn't have been more pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Great company easy to order off their web site, the savings are great against purchasing from dealer, also helpful on the phone with any problems, good customer service kept informed on delivery progress, arrives when stated you don't pay until delivered and happy with car would recommend buy from this company.

Great service and price for my new car

Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

First Class Service...

Having been disappointed and let down by our local car dealership... I approached UK Car discount and was amazed with their first class service before, during and after the purchase of our new car. Every member of the team that I dealt with were very professional. This company has been a pleasure to deal with, their communication, attention to detail, delivery and after sales has been impeccable throughout. I would definitely use this company again and will have no hesitation in recommending UK Car Discount to friends and family.

New Nissan X-Trail Car

I was very apprehensive at buying a car over the internet due to the not inconsiderable amount of money involved. However, from the moment I contacted UK Car Discount, my mind was put at ease as the staff there were very helpful and kept me informed of the situation during the whole time the sale progressed. The prices quoted were up-front with no hidden extras and thousands of pounds below list price and exactly what I paid following delivery of the car. The car I received was exactly what I ordered and delivered to my house fully taxed and ready to drive. All I had to do was arrange the insurance. First time to purchase online - excellent service

This was our first time to purchase a car online, however despite being cautious, everyone at UK Car Discount made the process very straightforward and provided a very personal and professional service. We were met at the airport and taken to their offices. After inspecting the car at our leisure we completed the purchase, driving away with a new car, satisfied with the great savings achieved. Would highly recommend this company and would do business with them without hesitation.

Excellent service and saving

I was initially wary of buying a new car on the internet, but having checked out UK Car Discount I then asked for a quote on a new Jaguar. It was a factory order with ten options. They came back very quickly with nearly a Β£10,000 saving! I placed the order, paid the deposit, less than three months later the car arrived and was exactly as ordered, however, the dealer forgot the data card, but this was resolved fairly quickly. I found the staff really helpful and polite throughout and always responded quickly during the process, Absolutely great company and their service and saving was all worthwhile. Actually better than some of the main dealers I approached. I recommended them to a friend and he also was pleased with their service and overall savings. A nice team of people.

You can not go wrong using uk car…

You can not go wrong using uk car discount, I ordered a new car in June and payed a deposit by credit card ( their recommendation) and final payment on the day of delivery ( after it was delivered and checked over). A great team of people!
