Brilliant

One word, Brilliant! This is the first time that I've used an agent that supplies via a UK based main dealer. I was able to get exactly the car of my choice It was delivered to my home address on the date of my choosing. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and be 100% happy before the final payment was made. Harley was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I now have a lovely new car, thousands of pounds cheaper than if I had used my local main dealer.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with

I've just received delivery of a sports car on which it's very difficult to obtain a discount at the dealers. UK Car Discounts gave me a hefty discount and then dealt with the whole process from ordering to delivery in a really pleasant and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly and they were always there at the end of a phone, or by email to answer any queries. I couldn't have been more pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Great company easy to order off their web site, the savings are great against purchasing from dealer, also helpful on the phone with any problems, good customer service kept informed on delivery progress, arrives when stated you don't pay until delivered and happy with car would recommend buy from this company.

Great service and price for my new car

Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

Very poor service

Very poor service. I ordered a car on 4th June. I was assured twice in August delivery was on schedule for September. In the final week of September my car was cancelled and the deposit returned. The cancellation was communicated by email, a telephone call would have been the least I would have expected from a reputable company.

Have just taken delivery of my Peugeot…

Have just taken delivery of my Peugeot 2008 and I love it. Ordered through UK car discount as there discount is great and payment terms are easy,small deposit on credit card and the balance after delivery of the car. Brian and the team were excellant throughout and I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to try them.

If you want a brilliant, painless and cost effective way to buy a car choose UKCD

I was a little anxious at making such a large purchase online so I researched all of the various companies out there. I chose UK Car Discount as not only were the prices and reviews good but I liked the do not pay for your car until recieved and checked by you policy. Wow have we been happy, UKCD have been brilliant throughout, always providing polite, helpful and quick responses. The process has been easy and faultless throughout, would we recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new car, most definately and in the future we would not go anywhere else.
