Do not reply to emails ordered items had an email saying order been received and nothing else, no delivery no tracking info, called them they apologised saying it was back logged and the issue was resolved and order on way.

Ordered a 32 inch 12v Cello Smart TV which was promptly delivered and although the box was undamaged, the screen was cracked. I informed TV Village and a collection was again promptly arranged to uplift for replacement. A new TV was quickly redelivered. Thank you very much to the TV Village Team for their excellent service. Will certainly use again.
