Easy to use website, and I especially like how transparent everything is throughout the process, from quotes/pricing to production timing and fulfillment estimates

My experience bad The process to get a quote and shipment of product is excellent, but if a problem exists with the final product and you attempt to cancel and return the order, it fails on all points. Customer Service did not response to my repeated attempts at contact via email and the phone number available is not available to direct contact from public. Buyer beware!

This is the 1st time i've used such a service to get an item 3d-printed from uploaded STL files for some parts i wanted for a project, and it was relatively straightforward. I would use again.

Treatstock made every step of the process easy to navigate, assuring me that my information was being handled properly, and that my expectations regarding the end results of my order would be successfully met. I was given a choice of fulfillment 3D printing vendors and an excellent price. The communication dialogue and photo exchange kept me informed as to the progress of my order. The turnaround and delivery time was quick. The product needed minor modifications to fit together, but worked well after doing so. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would recommend and use Treatstock again.

My figure is excellent the parts are extremely detailed and the packaging was excellent. The whole process from my initial order to my receipt of the components was smooth and pleasant.

Have used this service twice with excellent results. I normally do my own 3D printing but use Treatstock as a backup when needed. Both pieces were excellent and received within days. Very satisfied.
