We recently booked an speedy airport transfer with you. When we arrived last Wednesday evening. There was no speedy transfer for us. We had to go in a mini bus to didim to then meet another bus to take.us to kusadasi in total this took 3 hours 20 minutes. The first driver was trying to sort this out but the person that he spoke to on the phone said there was no speedy transfer. We paid the extra so we would get a speedy transfer but this ended up taking much longer. We paid £108 so we could.have a speedy transfer to be let down and very disappointed. I look forward to your response. I have also tried to email this direct but no reply email

Booked a two week stay at a hotel in Crete. Everything was very smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Travel Republic to anyone looking to arrange trip.

More stress for my wife and I which is not appreciated at all, another week and still nothing from the insurance company or Travel republic, do I need to start seeking legal advice, what a shame I have been using Travel Republic for years and still I am in this place ? ? ? ? ? ?

To save any hassle I booked everything with TR transfers, insurance, etc etc and was asked to call the insurance company to go over any medical details- when I did I had to explain them why I was calling as when I asked them to go over this they asked why, the operator had no clue why I was doing this - eventually I got a figure of £140 extra which I asked for in writing to be told no they don’t do that, isn’t this a part of the FCA rules? How am I meant to make an informed decision? Am I being treated with contempt because they think they have a captive customer?? I took it up with TR to find out that even though this is their online insurance provider they take no responsibility and When I ask to speak to a manager they say no problem they will call you within 48 hours, eventually after an array of very frustrating NO REPLY EMAILS From TR I got a message to say they will cancel the insurance at no cost - so now I can’t even decide if it’s worth taking it - it gets better I get a message from the insurance company to say they will cancel it at 65% of the premiums when after a lot of searching I find on their website I can cancel with no penalty if it’s 14 days before travel - we travel Sept so no issues there - what a carry on - I could only get any sense from TR using the email supplied on the website for people who are back from holiday - I booked this holiday as a well earned rest after caring for our terminally ill mum at end of life for 18 months and now looking after our dad with dementia for over 2 years, we have a family member who can step in for a week, we could really do without this hassle thank you .. by the way the only real way I could communicate is by using the after your holiday email address, something needs looking at here
i have used TR for about 10 years now and they are the best in the business. They always have the lowest prices, very good payment plans and are quick to respond. Having that level of comfort and trust in a travel agent is very reassuring
