Just booked a multi city flight to Rio/Buenos Aires. Not only it was the cheapest we could find with great timings and luggages included but the staff was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Response to reply: you have the email information listed in your reply ... You are ignoring it which is why I'm leaving this review. Email was sent to address this. Travel Junction is ignoring all attempts to fix this. We tried to use them to cancel a flight recently, they charged us $295 cancellation fee, and did not cancel the flight. And have ignored all attempts to rectify the situation. Company is sketchy as best. And Travel junction, before you respond saying it was another company I have a charge on my visa from you.

I am disappointed by the customer service and responsiveness of TravelJunction’s stated “smooth” processes in providing airlines tickets at a reasonable price effectively. I spent more than 2 hours on the telephone seeking to arrange a round trip flight from NYC to ATH. This interaction was based upon an email from TravelJunction indicating they were concerned about fraudulent credit card charges on the transaction. They sought verification to confirm my involvement I returned their call for that reason and was subsequently transferred to a different line. The agent that I then reached didn’t initially mention anything related to a fraudulent charge. Rather, he indicated that he couldn’t issue tickets on the return flight and started offering other solutions. Throughout the call, the agent delayed the process by stating he was experiencing difficulties with the airline processing my credit card - to the point that I called my bank to confirm everything with my card was in proper order. Everything on my end was fine. Of course, these delays led to an increase in the cost of the tickets and changes to our itinerary. Unsurprisingly after the fact, I wound up purchasing more expensive tickets for this flight with different dates on an entirely different airline. And, it seems, for now, I have no recourse because, very reluctantly, after several attempts during the call seeking to process a refund, I agreed to accept the charges, without realizing that the agent changed the airline without my consent. I sought additional customer service in an effort to reach a negotiated solution. Again, I received no accommodating response other that I could expect a return call from a manager or the “concerns” department at latter times.

TravelJunction came up when I searched both Google Flights and SkyScanner. It had a really, really good price and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but I went ahead and it went perfectly. I did have to wait 30 to 60 minutes for my ticket but it came though with no issue. I had some questions and both their phone support and WhatsApp support was great. I was very, very pleased and will look at them again. They are real.... :-)
