Only place I go for currency now and have done for a few years. Never any problems and delivery on date agreed. Excellent rates too, what more could you need.
Not needed but essential
Not having to have made a claim once again on my travel insurance I can only assume that they would be all the things that you expect from your insurance so until I find otherwise it’s 5 stars

Superb experience, time after time
I've used Travel FX numerous times now. The online experience is smooth and easy to understand. Rates are market leading and delivery of currency is exact to what you have specified. Absolutely no need to shop around - using Travel FX is a fantastic experience.

So easy to use
Needed some currency for use abroad. Saw that Travel FX were offering a very competitive rate. Order the currency very easily on line and it was delivered very quickly. Can't fault the service.

Little room for improvement …
I don't think there's anything that could be improved to make my Travel FX experiences better. The website is intuitive and the transactional delivery is reliable. If I take note of some of the published feedback, I suppose there could be room to investigate options to improve the mechanism to deal with claimed non-delivery.
