The travel department had every thing arranged with no delays so well organised. The tour guide was excellent so informative and extremely nice Claudia . The only problem was sitting at the same table every night you did not get to know all the other guests as there was 50

Lake Como - Great holiday
Our second holiday with Travel Department as we knew from previous experience, that from the moment of booking you can relax and know everything is taken care of. A leisurely 7 night holiday with 3 leisure days. The included tours were excellent and our guide Carol looked after us very well. Hotel Bazzoni was comfortable and we enjoyed the half board meals. We had a balcony facing the lake and enjoyed watching the activity on the lake. Would recommend Travel Department for a holiday to Lake Como.

Excellent tour and guides
Excellent tour and guides. My only criticism is that there was not enough time in Hiroshima to see the Museum. We only had 45 minutes. To see it properly and study the exhibits would take three hours. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great Trip
The Travel Dept Christmas Markets Vienna package was an excellent choice. Travel between airport and hotel both ways was really helpful, and a guided tour to get our bearings before having a day to wander by ourselves. Well-situated hotel near some nice restaurants and within walking distance to the underground train and Schonbrunn Palace.

Maybe your reps should relook at…
Maybe your reps should relook at calling it Bruges Xmas market. It was the worst Cmas Market have been to . Probably 70% stalls food . Very very disappointing. Call your tour Visit Bruges at Christmas but definitely not Christmas market Bruges so naturally beautiful little shops were very festive so made up for it.

Nice break in Portugal
Nice break in Portugal. Everything was first class except Ryanairs usual bad manners. Always ruin a holiday. This was to be Aer Lingus trip but was changed.

Evetything was great
Evetything was great, the bus driver was very kind and helpful. Going out of his way to make me and others feel very welcome. Our tour guide, Monica, was excellent, she met us off the plane and was very welcoming, informative and friendly, so kind, gentle and helpful. A lovely lady. The hotel was great, it was warm and very clean. The staff were kind and helpful. Was close to the harbour and lovely restaurants and shops.

Highlights of Vietnam - Fantastic experience
On 4th November this year I travelled with Travel Department to see the Highlights of Vietnam. This was the most unbelievable experience from every aspect. The Hotels we stayed in were of such a high standard, all of the day trips were fantastic and everything flowed seamlessly along. All of this was made possible by our fantastic guide Mr. Hung. He was unreal, he took care of every little aspect of the trip, and I know there was so much work done behind the scenes that we never knew about. He was available to us 24/7, and was so knowledgeable about his beautiful and his beautiful people. Above all, he was so kind to us all and made this trip truly a trip of a life time. Well done to the Travel Department and well done to the fabulous Mr. Hung. Thank you.
