Classic Tuscany Tour - Fantastic

The travel department had every thing arranged with no delays so well organised. The tour guide was excellent so informative and extremely nice Claudia . The only problem was sitting at the same table every night you did not get to know all the other guests as there was 50

Lake Como - Great holiday
Our second holiday with Travel Department as we knew from previous experience, that from the moment of booking you can relax and know everything is taken care of. A leisurely 7 night holiday with 3 leisure days. The included tours were excellent and our guide Carol looked after us very well. Hotel Bazzoni was comfortable and we enjoyed the half board meals. We had a balcony facing the lake and enjoyed watching the activity on the lake. Would recommend Travel Department for a holiday to Lake Como.

Rome and Assissi
I found the Rome & Assisi Tour fantastic. The hotel was perfect even though my room was tiny. The staff were helpful and the dining room staff were efficient and delightful. The food was exceptional. It has a wonderful spa too which I used. Our Guide Alessandra went beyond my expectation as our guide on this trip.

Our guide Margaret was incredible
Our guide Margaret was incredible . She looked after us so well for the entire week . I don’t know how she does all of the travelling . The buses were so clean and new for the long drives and we had excellent drivers who drive smoothly. Fabulous that the hotel was right on the beach to enjoy during our spare time

Just back from a fantastic trip to…
Just back from a fantastic trip to China with the Travel Department. Yet again they didn’t disappoint. Our guide Jack was brilliant, he had a great knowledge of not only the history of China but he also had a great interest in Ireland and knew lots about it. Our holiday was planned so well, we didn’t have to think about anything, just turn up at the bus every morning and Jack did the rest. We were informed at the end of each day what we would be doing the next day (we also had our hard copy itinerary) and what time we were leaving at each morning. We visited Tian’anmen Square, the Great Wall, the Terracotta Warriors & the Forbidden city to name just a few. We had a fabulous group of 29 people and we set up a WhatsApp group when we got home so that we could share our photos and experiences of this fab trip! I would highly recommend the Travel Department for a stress free holiday! Tina Kildare
