Inconsistent information from agents. They will say things to you on your initial call to make sure you book with them but will all change after. Initially booked a flight and was offered to pay in installment which is always great. I was then told that if I miss a payment, there will be a £400 surcharge. I challenged this and I was told it’s all on the email I received. I then pushed back saying there is nothing in the email confirmation I received about this additional charge. The agent then stepped down when I threatened to cancel my booking. A month after, I was told to make the payment in full otherwise the airline will cancel my entire reservation. Prior to this, I was told that I have nothing to worry about as I’ve got confirmed flights and will only have to complete the payment on the agreed due date. I challenged the inconsistencies again and the agent (Dimitry) was coming up with several excuses. I was able to book alternative flights directly with the airline and it ended up costing me a lot cheaper even after losing my deposit. The agents are extremely pushy and will say things to appease you. The information they give are extremely inconsistent. It gives the impression that they are only after their sales commission. NEVER AGAIN.

I have booked my solo 6 in one holiday after being skeptical about not knowing who the company was but Steve was brilliant, he was fantastic answering my questions and sorting my holiday. Thank you Steve I would book again through these.
