Thailand trip
I've just booked a family trip to Thailand for next February through travel center. Rhonda was our agent,and couldn't ask for more from her. She patiently answered all my many questions, changed hotels, added extras etc and she couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely book through them again. Having the watts app conversation worked a treat and was super comforting to have her on the end of the phone at any time. Thank you Rhonda for putting together our dream holiday.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Allen from Travel Center, and I must say, his service has been amazing! As a tour and travel consultant, Allen went above and beyond to ensure that my trip to Vilnius from London was smooth and stress-free. From the moment I contacted him, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took care of every detail, from booking my flights and accommodations to arranging transportation and activities. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his ability to anticipate my needs. Thanks to Allen, my trip was a huge success, and I couldn't have asked for a better travel experience. I highly recommend Allen and Travel Center to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip! However, I must note that despite Allen's excellent service, my return journey from Vilnius to Warsaw was severely impacted by the poor service of LOT Airline. On Friday, August 2nd, my flight was delayed by 5 hours, and I didn't arrive in Warsaw until midnight. I was forced to spend the night in a hotel and then had to take an early morning flight to London on Saturday, August 3rd at 7:20 am. I have written a letter to Mr. Michat Fijot, the CEO of LOT Airline, expressing my disappointment and frustration with their service. I would give Allen and Travel Center a 10 out of 10 for their exceptional service, but I would give LOT Airline a 0 out of 10 for their unacceptable delay and poor customer service. Thank you. A satisfied Travel Center customer....
I have been using Travel Center for my flight tickets since 2014 and the experiences have been awesome. I tried to book a flight ticket for a family member recently, and thankfully, Martin Roy was able to get a better deal for me. I have recommended Travel Center to families and friends in the past, and they all have nothing to complain about!
