Although I wasn’t well and couldn’t schedule time away on my own, Norman, the flight consultant, made sure everything was taken care of from arranging airport assistance to ensuring a smooth journey there and back. Easy and efficient booking service!! Billy was fantastic in helping us book our next trip to Poland, he went through all the details and itinery thouroughly and was able to easily make changes to make our trip more suitable for us!
