I was looking for a family holiday with no idea. Edward Cullen helped me through the process. Booked a trip to HK and Japan. Edward was excellent through out the process. Providing all the details and tailoring the holiday to our need. Will book again with Travel Center.

We booked with TC for a trip to America, NYC, San Francisco, LA, and Vegas. We got to NYC only to find the hotel, comfort suites was miles away in New Jersey, not New York as requested, it was also a massive distance from JFK airport, from the Penn St station to the hotel was $240 in a cab, we were told to get this back to the airport would be $330!! Also, the hotel was more a halfway house with residents with multiple issues including travellers (Gypsies) who had been there for years, it was their home!! After three days staying in our room we could not possibly afford to go into NY city, at extra cost, also the stress and anxiety of being stuck in a hotel in what was an industrial area in the middle of nowhere was too much. we managed to get tickets from Air Lingus home! We were told to check the documents, but when I asked for a breather before we left time to consider this the messages began pressurising me to sign saying the prices would go up! I told them specifically New York and that we were on a budget!! Does it not compute with these agents that distance from airport to hotel and hotel to airport eats into budgets!!! Looking at the LA stage that was 41.6 miles to airport and 41.9 miles from hotel to city centre!! ridiculous!! There is no verbal communication with agents it's just by FB messenger!! The service is appalling. We will be seeking legal action against this company for stress and anxiety, loss of enjoyment and unnecessary consequences. NO WAY ARE THEY GOING TO PULL THIS STROKE would suggest others do the same, stay away from the company if you want a good holiday!!
