Booked a trip for December. Paid deposit. No mention of installments to be paid till after booked. No phonecalls all by message. Terrible experience very frequent traveller. Have raised complaint for refund today.

Staff member George was exeptional in dealing with my holiday requirements. Prompt replies with any queries, nothing to much trouble, itinerary self explanatory. Would definately travel with them again if staff were as accommodating as George
