After experiencing technical issues uploading documents and a few phone calls speaking to various people who were not quite so helpful and quick to fob me off with excuses. This website is poorly ran or the people who own it donβt care. Wonβt let me change my CV, wonβt let me update a new one. On my laptop and iPhone says there was a problem. Then it constantly logs me in and out.
Excellent customer service. AIMEN persisted to get a listing complete in record time after issues with the users on the account. Thank you.

I needed some contact details on the account changed and the agent was able to update them for me. It would be great to be able to do it myself but that's is an issue with the interface and not a fault with the support agents, who were very helpful.

Customer service was so helpful quick and easy and such a nice lady on the phone. She staid on the line whilst I set up the account and made sure I had logged in before ending the call amazing.
