Everyone polite and friendly and appointed on time as always

My dentist Leisl listens carefully, does what she needs to do gently without causing me any stress and fixes my problems.

It was my first consultation/treatment with Kavi the hygienist. She was both professional and very thorough. She answered any queries I had about the best way to look after my teeth. I was very happy with my treatment and especially with Kavi's ability to make me feel relaxed.

Once again a very easy experience , the receptionists are always friendly and helpful and Mr Bergani is brilliant. Many Thanks Geoff.

Great friendly service.

One of the receptionists displayed poor customer service. I was left waiting at her counter without any acknowledgment while wishing to pay and leave, despite standing in front of her. She also lacked the customer courtesy to explain their had been a price increase since my last visit, and seemed impatient when I questioned the price increase. I didn’t appreciate her poor customer service and so didn’t pay the deposit and book another appointment. I was in a state of complete discomfort, following my hygienist treatment with Anna and was not in the mood for poor service minutes after.

Quick easy and very friendly, from the receptionist as you arrive to the dentist and his nurses all excellent 👍

I cannot fault the staff. From dentists and nurses to reception staff. They are supremely professional and attentive. The surgery and all areas are spotlessly clean. And to top all of that, the dentist I saw spotted something wrong in my mouth and immediately referred me to the ENT at our local hospital. This problem had not been seen by oncologists 6 weeks earlier. How can I not be grateful and thankful that I have the best dental practice in my area. Together - Dental, Sheringham, thank you. The Stoke on Trent Together dental practice is just amazing. When I am visiting I feel supported, seen and the receptionist are kind and supportive. The dentists are wonderful and informative. I am glad I am part of the Stoke on Trent Together Dental practice. I can’t fault the practice in any way or form. I just want to say Thank you for your service.

I saw the dentist in February and was given a timed schedule of work. I had 3 appts to remove my last 3 teeth from my upper jaw (incisors) and I would get a new top denture 8 weeks (9th June) after final extraction, the 2nd & 3rd teeth were taken out on the 2nd visit in March but I didn't get the new denture until 7th July 14 weeks after final extraction and then only because I had complained about the time taken. If I had known how long it would take I would never had the work started
